To begin with, we didnt hire them but my apartment complex did so i am just going to point out their great services! Appaaarrenttlyyyy my neighbor had some flooding in her bathroom and it leaked to several units. Ewwww ! Glad we only got water LOL.\r \r They came and did their job, it took some time because there were a lot of units involved but they knew what they were doing and delivered what they promised, now all of the water is gone after they blow dried it out with special machines, it was fun to watch actually! They said stuff like this happens all the time. Thankful for people like these! They make the world go round ! Lol . Thank you guuuysss. more

We worked with each pair continents of times in recent years in both our properties. They are wonderful and we will use them again. We continue to refer them to friends and family, when we hear about the need for rehabilitation. Their service is excellent and they are honest. Presented to dry before we got another quote from restoriation everything dry 4x quoted and charged us. I trust them completely. Thank you all dry! more

I encourage everyone to work with this company \r \r We were AMAZED at the professionalism Regal Restoration when we (fortunately) called them late night about a water debacle at our home! From the initial call (when I was informed who would be coming to my house, expected time of arrival, etcVERY much appreciated, especially given late timing!) through estimate process through completion of work (thankfully with minimal structural disturbance given quick action to get drying process underway immediately!), Ben and his team were astoundingly professional, courteous of our home and schedules, helpful in explaining the steps/rationales and readily available. The stress of an absolute nightmare of a water leak situation was instantly alleviated with the clear mastery of the water restoration process by Ben and this company. I am glad I called them for this flood restoration service 2/7/2013

Regal Restoration came to my house to remove sewage water from a back up problem that got out of control. The water removal only took an hour with the powerful water pump out machine they brought. The sewage clean up was done by 3 techs in suits. They were all professional and informative about the whole sewage water removal, sewage cleaning and the drying process. They also explained the health risks associated with exposure to sewage cleanup. I am glad I called them for this flood restoration service more

I had a good experience 2/4/2013

They were very courteous, and when they came in I didn't feel threatened in any way. They came in and made us feel extremely comfortable. One of the men called me back after I made the appointment, and I told him I spilled some cranberry juice on the carpet. He said "you need to go get some white wine and pour it over the spill and it will neutralize the cranberry juice." And sure enough, it worked. They were helpful in that sense. They were also very efficient and quick. I wouldn't mind having them in my home at any time; they were that personable. Jeremiah is a nice man. And the other guy was good too, I just didn't interact with him that much. They come highly recommended. I had used them before. My friends were highly impressed, and they're hard to impress. Price wise they're perfect. I had a good experience. more

Very pleased. Danny was on time and my carpet looks new and smells fresh. They use cinnamon in the cleaning solution which makes your house smell delicious. Danny was careful with my furnishings and walls and it was obvious takes pride in his work. \r \r I will definitely use them again. more

My carpets are better than the day I got 'em! 9/18/2011

As you can see by my username, I love dogs. And I have quite a few. Well dogs are great company, and lots of fun, but they don't remember to wipe their feet at the door like we humans do. So after awhile, especially in the winter when contending with rain and mud, my carpets get grimy and smelly. I was tired of handling this problem on my own so I sought out a company that was familiar with handling pet stains and odors as well as basic carpet/upholstery cleaning. I also needed to find a company whose services I could afford. Regal put me on the schedule for the following day after I called ( no need to wait weeks here!) and alerted me about ongoing specials on their website. Of course I printed out the coupon for use when the technician arrived. I received a nice discount on the services, but even better than paying a low price was the service I received. The technician showed up on time, explained to me in detail the process of what he would be doing and then proceeded to finish the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was kind and respectful and I will definitely use them once my carpets are dirty again. However, they are still looking pretty great now! more

Amazing Service, Great Staff 9/18/2011

Regal is Amazing. They helped my family in a time of need. My home flooded and they have a 24/7 hotline in case of such emergencies. They were there within the hour to lay out fans, start assessing the damage, and begin the dry out process. They were careful to explain everything that needed to be done. They were kind and respectful of my home. They also didn't mind the pets and kids running around. Ernie was the service manager dealing with my account and was easy to get a hold of- even texting me updates and progress on my home. They dealt with insurance for me so I didn't have to, and put me in touch with a construction company to do the reconstruction of my floors and walls. They restored my home and my faith in service-related companies like these and that is hard to do. I really appreciate the fact that they were true to their word and helpful in my time of need. I also feel they went above and beyond the call of duty. There was water damage in my closet and instead of me having to unpack the closet before the drying out process began, they unpacked and boxed everything for me. I was able to go on with my life as if virtually nothing had happened. Thank you regal! more

What a help! Thank you Regal! 9/17/2011

Regal Restoration should be called Rescue Restoration! Following a flood in my home, Regal came out immediately to start drying under the floorboards and cut back the walls. They are not kidding when they say 24/7 service. I called and they were there within the hour. Ernie, the service manager dealing with my account was kind enough to explain in detail the extent of the damage, what needed to be done, and how he was going to take care of things. He brought out all of these tools including an infrared camera that showed the extent of the water damage and where it originated. He then explained that he would work with insurance for us and be there when we met with the adjuster so that everything was taken care of. He was a man of his word, and everything went more than smoothly. I can't say enough about how helpful Regal was, and especially Ernie. Additionally, Ernie was available via cell phone and would text message updates which was so appreciated. Nothing was ever left to the imagination, unlike previous experiences with construction companies. I really feel Regal went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. No one hopes to have their house flood, but they put me at ease which I can't thank them enough for. more

This Company is a SCAM! AVOID AVOID AVOID 6/1/2007

Regal Carpet advertises that it will offer a professional deep cleaning of 5 rooms for $88.95. This covers Berber Carpet and All Light Colored Carpets. Up to 800 Sq. ft will be cleaned and White/Off White & Soiled Areas are additional cost. My carpet did have stains, but since we were just moving in and planning to change the carpet in a few months, we simply wanted them to remove the dirt on 800 sq. ft of carpet regardless of stains. I repeat, I did not require any stain removal nor any warranty that the carpet have aesthetic improvement whatsoever. When the technician saw that he wasn't going to sell us on any additional services, he claimed that he could not do the work for the price advertised as he would get fired. It was classic Bait and Switch. Bottom line, the ad is for a service designed to get the technician into the home and then add additional services to get the cost higher including stain pre-treatment and removal. When I called them on it, they said they would honor the deal and send another tech crew out that afternoon. They never called back or sent anybody over. I called again that afternoon and they said they would have someone call. They never did. The company had no intention of performing the advertised service at the advertised price. Pros: If you insist on the advertised price at least you won't get stuck with a bad carpet cleaning. Cons: Bait and Switch Company. more

Horrible Service 9/6/2006

Bait and Switch company. \r Make sure you read their B.B.B. Profile. They have many complaints against them. Whoever voted a 7 was LYING.\r \r Company gave me a price over the phone for someone to come and use a truck mounted machine. The man came late, and said that he could NOT use the truck mount because the cord was too short. He said he'd have to come back the next day, bring another man and use a handheld machine. Because of this, the price would go up by $50.00. He came late again the next day, with no handhelds and no other man...proceeded to use the truck mount which I was initially quoted for, took 10 minutes, and then CHARGED ME FOR THE WORK HE SAID WOULD REQUIRE TWO MEN AND A HANDHELD MACHINE. \r While he was there, he did not move ANY furniture. He asked me to move all the chairs. Then he sat outside for 20 minutes on his cell phone. He was ALREADY late! I did not complain to him because i did not want him to do a shotty job. But he did so anyways. It took him 10 minutes to do TWO rooms and he charged me what he would have charged if he had used a handheld and brought another man. I signed off on the sheet thinking he was only charging me for the truck mount, but later that evening, i noticed that the price was 140.00, NOT 90.00.\r \r I spoke with the owner ""Danny Forster"" who told me that he would call me back when the man who did the work showed up at the office. But I have not heard from him since that day - one week ago and he JUST charged my credit card. \r \r Why would the man have to come back the next day to perform the services he could have performed the day BEFORE?? \r \r BAIT AND SWITCH! Pros: The own a truck. Cons: They dont know how to use it. more
