I found out a while back that my new home had mold in it, so I kind of put it off for a while but then the rooms started to smell so I called around and came here, I just had the work done at my house where they removed seriously so much mold it made me sick to my stomach. Thank god its gone now! I can actually sit at home and not smell mildew, its amazing! haha thanks guys great work! more

They did a really good job. I got five different bids and he was competitive. Another company told me there were too many stains to remove them all and they would have charged double the cost.When he was completed with the work, there weer no stains left in the carpet at all. When I called them, they showed up the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would there. He was very professional about the different aspects and provided me with a estimate for water damage. Overall, they are a good company to work with. more

I was at work when my wife called frantically and informed me that our house got flooded. I couldn't go home right away, so I called Restoration General. The crew got to my house quickly, and they were on the phone with me the whole time during the inspection. The technician, David, patiently explained to me what is needed to be done in order to save my home. I am so glad that I called this company because they made water damage less stressful for me and my wife. I highly recommend them if you ever have flood problem in your home. more

Regal Restoration did an excellent job and, while I hope no one has the kinds of emergencies Regal Restoration can tackle, they are the place to call when the unexpected happens. Thank goodness for Google searches. Within less than 24 hours, a Regal Restoration representative was at my home doing samples testing, and a few days later the remediation team came in to remove the water damaged structure. \r \r I'm happy to see other positive experiences with the Regal Restoration team, including Danny and Marco. Everyone is polite and compassionate. \r \r The team was extremely polite, communicative, punctual and efficient. They took great care in the job, and were very mindful keeping other areas of my home, not affected by the the emergent issue, protected and clean. And the guarantee on the work cannot be beat. The materials for protection were so well placed, I left them up while the repair work was underway.\r \r This is a business with integrity and the customer always comes first. more

After coming home Friday after work we discovered a sewage backup that flooded our basement with nasty sewage water. After doing some research and calling multiple companies , we found Regal Restoration were the only company able to get to us within 60 minutes. When we called Regal they were friendly and very professional. Within an hour I had a crew at my house and starting their work. Not only did Regal do their job perfectly but Ray also helped with any insurance questions I had. I recommend Regal to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy company. more

While we were remodeling our home and our roof was completely open, there was a big rain storm. Water leaked everywhere. Our attic was soaked. I called Regal Restoration and Danny came to our house right away. He and his crew pulled out all the insulation from our attic and brought in large dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. They returned frequently to check the moisture level and monitor the progress. \r \r Danny is a really great guy. He's professional, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of helpful information and advice. He works hard and really cares about doing an outstanding job. His rates are very reasonable for the quality of service he provides. Dealing with water damage is no fun, but these are the guys to call if you ever need such services. more

I bought a house last year that had suffered water damage to the master bath. I called a local restoration business to come out and give me an estimate. The employee was 2 hours out of his response window. When he got here, he sounded reluctant to do the work the same week and quoted me $8,700. I didn't get a good feeling so I decided to find another quote. \r I found Regal Restoration on Google with positive reviews and decided to get quote from them. Daniel showed up in the given window and quickly diagnosed the issue, quoted me less, and showed enthusiasm and pride in his work. They were in and out in 2 days, after removing mold infested sections, and drying the entire room. more

Mold remediation has to be done by experts, and the minute I smelled terrible smell coming from the dining room,\r And the living room, I called Regal Restoration and they were at my house within 40 min.\r Yuval the forman found the cause to the mold within a few min. and started working with his helper.\r They did an excellent job, and I will highly recommend Regal Restoration to anyone who needs them in the future! more

Terrible customer service, unreasonable bait and switch technique, not solution friendly, Albert claimed his service is less than $40 for 200 sq feet. I told him mine was more, but it is vacant, the carpet is less than 6 months old and never used but one area where my tenant had a sofa. However the traffic was light and the rest of the unit was still brand new. He claimed that because of the light color it was an additional charge...and it would be $75. I couldn't believe it, I was willing to pay $55 to $60 but out of principle I could not agree to $75 since the carpet was practically new. I challenged Albert to come to the unit to see for himself and he stumbled on his words and was unwilling to do anything and continued to take the word of his exhorbantly rude technician. After Albert called his technician and they hung up, the technician looked at me and smugly said ""well thats my price, take it or leave it."" so Albert had no influence on this guy being fair and reasonable. I'm sure they do a great job, but their business practice to trap you into an absorbent amount of pricing is ridiculous and for that I told them no. I have 4 buildings with over 40 units and I told him I would pay $125 for the cleaning if I agreed that the carpet needed it, but in this instance it was brand new and he was just completely unreasonable. Very disappointed and unfortunate. more

We had an unexpected and horrible water leak in our laundry room that completely flooded our house. We had gotten the name of Regal Restoration from a friend that had suffered a flood in their condo so we called them at 11pm on a Saturday. Their guys were there in 40 minutes and we live in Encino. I couldn't have been happier. They really did restore my house, we didn't have to rip out the walls or replace the flooring. They did poke a bunch of holes in the drywall but they repaired that completely within a week, after it was all dry. I can't say thank you enough for helping us out and putting everything in writing and delivering exactly what they said they would. They showed up in logo'd vehicles in Regal Restoration uniforms so there was never any doubt that the men I was letting into my house were my actual workers more

They did a wonderful job on my home. We had a broken water heater and it caused major water damage in my first floor and Regal Restoration showed up at my home within 30 minutes. In April of this year, we discovered that our dishwasher had been leaking under our custom wood floor in the kitchen. The leak went unseen, and the damage was much extensive than we initially thought, resulting in damage to approximately 250 feet of our custom wood flooring and custom cabinetry. We soon learned that it’s the water leak that you do not see that is the most destructive in terms of damaging your home. As a busy teacher, I was overwhelmed with the disaster and was very grateful when an associate recommended Ivan from Regal Restoration Ivan and his team immediately came to our rescue, driving all the way from Encino to our Home. Right away, Ivan put a plan in place to protect our health and prevent further damage. I would most definitely recommend Regal restoration to any homeowner. more

This water damage repair company did a fabulous job of cleaning our filthy Berber carpet, it turned from a dirty/dusty gray to its original beautiful beige color. They also did a fabulous job cleaning our well used carpet in the living room as well as the couches. They removed old stains and the whole house was left for days with a beautiful fragrance of the shampoo. We highly recommend this company and wouldn t call anyone else for the job. more

I had my Air Duct system cleaned by Regal Restoration last week, and it made a huge difference on the way my house heats up. With their video inspection, they found a couple of loose ducts where the adhesive from the tape had dried up and the warm air was escaping, heating up the attic but not my house, what a waste! They inspected the whole system and tapped all of the ducts that needed it at no extra charge. The technicians were on time, polite, informative and honest.Great Job! Highly Recomended! The fact that they are a big company is a plus. more
