As you can see by my username, I love dogs. And I have quite a few. Well dogs are great company, and lots of fun, but they don't remember to wipe their feet at the door like we humans do. So after awhile, especially in the winter when contending with rain and mud, my carpets get grimy and smelly. I was tired of handling this problem on my own so I sought out a company that was familiar with handling pet stains and odors as well as basic carpet/upholstery cleaning. I also needed to find a company whose services I could afford. Regal put me on the schedule for the following day after I called ( no need to wait weeks here!) and alerted me about ongoing specials on their website. Of course I printed out the coupon for use when the technician arrived. I received a nice discount on the services, but even better than paying a low price was the service I received. The technician showed up on time, explained to me in detail the process of what he would be doing and then proceeded to finish the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was kind and respectful and I will definitely use them once my carpets are dirty again. However, they are still looking pretty great now!
