Regal Restoration should be called Rescue Restoration!
Following a flood in my home, Regal came out immediately to start drying under the floorboards and cut back the walls. They are not kidding when they say 24/7 service. I called and they were there within the hour. Ernie, the service manager dealing with my account was kind enough to explain in detail the extent of the damage, what needed to be done, and how he was going to take care of things. He brought out all of these tools including an infrared camera that showed the extent of the water damage and where it originated. He then explained that he would work with insurance for us and be there when we met with the adjuster so that everything was taken care of. He was a man of his word, and everything went more than smoothly. I can't say enough about how helpful Regal was, and especially Ernie. Additionally, Ernie was available via cell phone and would text message updates which was so appreciated. Nothing was ever left to the imagination, unlike previous experiences with construction companies. I really feel Regal went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. No one hopes to have their house flood, but they put me at ease which I can't thank them enough for.
