Regal Restoration is a good selection when you need help from a flood damage service like I did. They came in 45 minutes and worked 2 days in a row to clean up the flood and dry the wet basement. This certainly prevented mold damage from forming from the water damage. more

Water Damage: This was the best experience I have had with helping me take care of a very bad water problem. My hot water heater pipe broke and sprayed all over the ceiling and flooded the basement. Danny Forster came out to the house with in fifteen minutes of my call. He and his crew were so very helpful. They helped me with determining what needed to be done. Worked with the insurance company, and worked in a very timely manner. Very professional! The house and damaged area looked great. I would recommend the Flood Company to any one who needed any kind of repairs or damages taken care of. They went the second mile for me. Danny is the greatest! Thanks to you and your crew. more

Regal Restoration was there for us when we had some major water damage in our home in Bel air. All their staff, from answering the phone to completing the work, were all very professional but still let us know that they cared about our problem at hand. From detecting to cleaning all the affected areas, they were there from start to finish. Not only did they calm us down during this troubling time, they proved to us that they could fix it and fix it well. I don't think there is a job too big or small for them. I hope never to have a problem like this again, but if we do they will be the first people I call and would be happy to recommend them to any individual or company that may be in our situation. more

Accolades for Regal Restoration Team and Mike My insurance company recommended the Regal Team as a preferred provider for an insurance claim to redo my bathroom floors. At first mention, I thought the Regal Team only handled carpet cleaning, but they sent a very knowledgeable estimator out to determine my needs. In addition to the flooring request, Mike also provided me prompt quotes for several other things around my house (tiling, painting etc.--who knew)! \r \r Mike went above and beyond to get the floor exactly to my liking, including 3 coats/visits + personal visits when I was out of town to oversee the job was done right. I think the world of Mike and how professionally he handled and oversaw the work. And Juve may be the best painter around.\r \r The Regal Team does much more than carpets, don't hesitate to call them for a quote--don't think you'll be disappointed by the stellar customer service and outstanding work--I'm fairly particular, and they exceeded my expectations more

Have nothing but high praises to say about Regal Restoration and Danny Foster! I feel so very blessed that I found him and Regal Restoration to take care of my house's mold problems! Danny did an extremely thorough inspection in my house, and went far beyond the ordinary in his customer service. As I am not a native English speaker, he took his time with me and very kindly explained everything to me several times, his report was very thorough and yet easy to read, and he never complained about my several phone calls and never ending questions. He gave a lot of good advice and has proven 100% trustworthy of his word. This gentleman is not only a genuine good man who truly cares for his customers well being, but he is also high tech professional on top of his game! Extremely knowledgeable. While we were asleep, our refrigerator gushed water from behind that went under our laminate flooring onto our concrete slab. The water continued into 2 bedrooms. John arrived and immediately assessed the situation and began trying to save our carpet & flooring. He was well spoken & guided us through the process of the steps he was taking. These guys were out the same day we called for an estimate. They supplied photographs to back up their assessment. The office crew were easy to work with and they were friendly. They came on the day they promised, keeping in touch with us when there was a traffic delay. They started work immediately and finished much sooner than they had originally estimated. They cleaned up after themselves so that you would hardly know they'd been there. And, they adjusted the fee because the job was finished sooner than anticipated.\r \r So, what's not to like about these guys? more
