Like the previous reviewer it is weird to review a mold specialist, but I was sure glad she had since I used Regal Restoration based on her review. It's a family run business and very professional. The price, although not cheap, was competitive for mold specialists. The owner, Graham, was sweet and kind. He found mold, cleaned the mold, and did the repairs so that everything was in good shape again -probably better since he made sure things were rebuilt to not get mold a second time. If you are concerned with mold, or even just need a wonderful repair crew Regal Restoration is a safe bet. more

Regal Restoration is an outstanding company that not only knows what they are doing, but also provides excellent customer service. My plumbing company, after repairing a broken sewage line, highly recommend Regal Restoration to safely remove the hazardous waste. This company lived up to the recommendation! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They contacted me within an hour after the line was repaired and completed the job within hours of that. John, the technician who came out, was polite and respectful of my property. When finished, he explained exactly what he had done and why. I could have not been more pleased or impressed with the expertise and service Regal Restoration provided! I, too, highly recommend them! more

I used Regal Restoration when my pipes broke at my house and flooded the downstairs a few months ago. I had been away for a couple of days, and I came home to a wet disaster and was really worried about mold.My daughter has asthma and I didn't want her to be affected, Danny from Regal Restoration and his crew were on it.They were professional,honest and efficient. I felt completely confident leaving them alone in my home to work while I was gone. They finished the job in a timely manner and their pricing was very fair.I was quoted almost almost double the price from two of the bigger companies out there.I highly recommend them. more

I can't recommend these guys enough. I have a rental property in Carlsbad and I'm living in Las Vegas. My renters experienced a water leak from the dishwasher that damaged my kitchen island and after they pulled out the dishwasher they saw quite a bit of mold. \r \r I spoke to Danny at Regal Restoration who offered to head to the house that afternoon to clean up the mold and seal the area. He even quoted me over the phone and then called again while on site to be sure I was good with the work that needed to be done. \r \r Upon completion, I got a call from my renters who were very impressed with the work that was done and the timeliness of Regal Restoration . They said that Danny was a great guy which is good to hear when you are letting folks into your home. I would definitely recommend. more

I had a dishwasher leak that damaged my floor and cabinets in my kitchen, Regal Restoration came out quickly and explained everything that needed to be done and how the process would go. The water mitigation crew had a good bit of things that had to be taken out, but when they left my kitchen was clear of all the trash and dust, just amazing at how clean it could be after all that work! My kitchen was then put back together and looked great! Thanks Danny \r \r If I ever have another flood I sure know who to call! more

I would like to compliment the level of expertise in which this company handled a problem for me and my business partner recently. It was a Saturday afternoon and our resident manager of our 18 unit apartment building in Ventura called to say that a water line had burst in the ceiling and flooded the basement apartment in 4 inches of water.\r There was a lot of damage to personal property but they were able to manage a disastrous situation into something more manageable in record time. They ascertained the source of the problem and fixed the problem. Thereafter the real work ensued. \r They had to pump out a huge volume of water and then dry out the unit. They were expeditious in their work and compassionate with respect to the resident's situation and loss. They worked will with the insurance claim adjuster and will be finishing up the rebuild this week. \r I am very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them for disaster remediation. more

Danny is dedicated to mold testing and is someone you can trust. If you are buying a new house, make sure you have it tested for mold. I've heard stories of million dollar homes being bought and then the buyers couldn't even live there because they found mold after the fact. Mold testing also helps if you find that you or your kids are seeing signs of allergies. It could be mold in your house. Danny will find out and let you know what the best thing is you can do. more

Regal Restoration sent Joes over and he was the best ever. We had a problem with mold in our new house and he was able to squeeze us in earlier than quoted. Joes did a full house inspection and took air samples of the house as well as give us some insight as to why we were having leaking/condensation problems with the house. When choosing a company to test our house for mold, we decided to go with a local family owned company. With so much competition in the Las Vegas, we thought a family run company would have to be really good to survive with the bigger companies, and I was right with Regal Restoration. The owners are also the operators and they are very helpful and professional. We always got a quick and well thought out reply. It's clear that they know mold very well. After receiving their detailed report, Teresa in the office took the time to explain any questions I had in detail...on more than once occasion. They never made us feel rushed or "simple" for not understanding the complexities of mold. Graham, the other owner who does the inspections and gets dirty with his guys to remove the mold is very personable and is extremely complete.
