Terrible customer service, unreasonable bait and switch technique, not solution friendly, Albert claimed his service is less than $40 for 200 sq feet. I told him mine was more, but it is vacant, the carpet is less than 6 months old and never used but one area where my tenant had a sofa. However the traffic was light and the rest of the unit was still brand new. He claimed that because of the light color it was an additional charge...and it would be $75. I couldn't believe it, I was willing to pay $55 to $60 but out of principle I could not agree to $75 since the carpet was practically new. I challenged Albert to come to the unit to see for himself and he stumbled on his words and was unwilling to do anything and continued to take the word of his exhorbantly rude technician. After Albert called his technician and they hung up, the technician looked at me and smugly said ""well thats my price, take it or leave it."" so Albert had no influence on this guy being fair and reasonable. I'm sure they do a great job, but their business practice to trap you into an absorbent amount of pricing is ridiculous and for that I told them no. I have 4 buildings with over 40 units and I told him I would pay $125 for the cleaning if I agreed that the carpet needed it, but in this instance it was brand new and he was just completely unreasonable. Very disappointed and unfortunate.
