Review content:
Rain is typically my absolute go to for spa services, massage & facials. Greeting was nice, the wait for being taken back after feeling out our survey was long. The esthetician preforming my facial didn't look at my survey & wasn't able to preform the chakra reading, the massage therapist did it for her. Both during the service were a bit noisy with lotion bottles that sounded empty & other items that were dropped. Lastly, the esthetician would of known I didn't want my head touched at all, had she read the beginning survey, overall she acted uninterested and distracted during the facial. Friend mention that the massage was okay. Steam room-great, front desk staff-great. Overall I was bummed.
