Great choice for electrical service 5/3/2015

Absolutely excellent, clear communication from initial inquiry to completion of job. I work nights, and they sent an extra electrician along to try to complete the job in one day instead of two so I wouldn't have to get up after 3 hours' sleep two days in a row. Solid work, and didn't leave the place trashed like too many contractors I've worked with in the past have -- they actually left it cleaner than when they got there! Would use them again in a heartbeat. more

Very overpriced. Double price of other electricians. 4/30/2015

Your prices were very high compared to other qualified electricians. Your quote of nearly $700 was more than double that of the other qualified electricians. I had the work done by a certified electrician for $300. RESPONSE FROM Priority 1 Electric: For the amount of work that was to be done, his quote from us was fair. He received pricing from our 2007 price guide. more

Way over priced 4/5/2015

Miguel came with an apprentice and was very nice and helpful. It was obvious though that he had been coached on "pricing up" for Priority's services. I had a simple repair which I eventually fixed in 30 minutes or less and I was told that to "restore power" they would charge $362. The day after they were here, I received a call in the morning that the technicians would be here but were running late - I had to remind office staff that my appt. had been the day before. more

Not Satisfied at all!! 3/26/2015

I was ridiculous over charged to diagnosis 1 plug and replace 3 additional outlets. $545 for 1 hour 45 min of routine electrical work. When I spoke to Don Kruse the owner of the company and explained that I was not satisfied. He was arrogant and sarcastic to me and did not honor his Guarantee as the add says. If for any reason you are not satisfied he will personally return every penny. All I wanted was to be charged for reasonable charges. I am permanently disabled and priority one did not help me but argued. I would not ever recommend this over priced company to anyone. Their guarantee is a lie!!! more

Rae Ann was very nice and got quick response and appointment. We didn't go with Priority 1 because the quote of replacement price was more than double priced comparing to other electricians, although I paid for their trip fee $47.5 and got nothing. more
