Identified problem quickly and fixed it. Were able to overcome the homeowner's personal attempts at dealing with a "main panel / 220 issue". Extremely courteous. Helpful comments made about dealing with a similar problem, should it occur, in the future. Suggested homeowner increase his life insurance coverage - (joke). more

they will answer calls promptly and go to your place for sure, they will send a technician to diagnose the issue and will price the work or troubleshoot based on their own perception or so called pricing guide. For a troubleshoot of a power loss due to a loose connection they will quote you an outrageous price !!!!! $650 for a an hour work ?????? Its highway robbery !!!! RESPONSE FROM Priority 1 Electric: This customer has no idea what is cost to send out a service electrician. We charge standard industry prices not handyman prices. The quote he mentions is not the quote he was given. He was given a price of $609 and we gave him a 15% along with an additional discount of $47.50. After his discounts his price was $470.00. He needed an entire circuit troubleshot - this price was to troubleshoot and correct the problem with a two year guarantee. His comment is incorrect. more
