Priority 1 Electric

The power went out at my home and Priority 1 Electric came out and did a great job, they showed up on time and were very friendly and hard working. They got my power up with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to other people. I thought they were very easy to work with. Five star company. more

Miguel came when he was scheduled; looked at the job and quoted a price for us. He had to return the next day after picking up parts he needed and then made the repair. He explained what he was doing clearly and answered our questions. Did an excellent job! more

The electrician was on time and friendly. He wore booties to prevent soiling the floors. He took time to explain his estimate. Unfortunately, he came up with 6 - 8 hours to run wire to two lights with easy attic access. We paid his trip charge and sent him on his way. Then we hired another electrician who did the job in 45 minutes for a small fraction of the price Priority 1 Electric quoted us. more

Not happy with contractor ladder was left here never came to pick up after 3 calls to remind will never use priority one again more

Priority 1 Electric did trouble shooting on a blown fuse and breaker and everything turned out fine. The reason for the four stars is that it took them a little longer to respond to me, but I would have no problem using their service again. The guy who came out was friendly, professional, and took care of the problem so I was very satisfied with what he did. more

I called Priority 1 Electric because while I was away I guess my bathroom light came apart, I came home to find it on the ground. They came out, showed up on time and got the light back up and running with no problems at all. I would definitely use them again. The only reason I gave 4 stars for recommending is I never recommend businesses. more

I had called the guys over at Priority 1 Electric and I have to say that I was not impressed. These guys gave me the highest estimate I had ever seen and I could not believe it. They were wanting to charge me about three times more than the next closest competitor. I wanted to get some work done for my store, but not at that price. They even charged me just to give me an estimate regardless of if I was going to do business with them. I would not recommend going with them as there are definitely much cheaper options than these guys. more

Priority 1 Electric gave me a bid, and the homeowner went with someone else, an electrician they knew, so we did not have anymore work completed from them. They came out and gave me the assessment, and we didn't really have anything done. They were good guys. If I was the homeowner, I would have hired them. They were on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. I would recommend using them. more

We lost our power in several rooms at home so we called Priority 1 Electric. The woman who answered the phone, Rae, was excellent. She took care of it right away and we had somebody out within a couple of hours. They came out to the house and fixed the electrical problem in the rooms, but the only thing wrong was that they were awfully expensive. However, all the electrical companies are like that, and that's not their fault. The repair crew came on time and were friendly and professional. My husband used to work with electricians in the electrical business, and he was very pleased with them. more

I had some underground wiring that needed to be replaced and I called around and found Priority 1 Electric. They came as soon as they could to look at the problem and ended up fixing it in a short amount of time. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get them out here and how quickly they fixed everything. I actually have to call them again for another problem that I'm having with my wiring, so of course I would recommend them to anyone. more

I was happy with Priority 1 Electric. I had them come in before and have used them for over 10 years now. Most recently, I did some safety checks on a living room ceiling light and the kitchen ceiling light and wanted to get them both replaced so they replaced both and installed a wall light switch. Everything turned out fine. They also helped me get rid of a horrible chandelier light. I thought it would be hard to do, but it turned out they had a great idea and I went with their suggestions. There was no pressure during the entire process. Their initial thing was the basic "do what the customer wants" and later I asked "Can you do this and this?". I got to be more involved and I was so happy with the result that I called up their office after they left to tell them how pleased I was with the people that came, Miguel and Casey. Miguel was the senior and was very experienced and nice, and Casey was also a very nice young man. I was very impressed with both of their experience, professionalism, and friendliness. They listened to all my questions and didn't treat me like an idiot. Their patience was wonderful. It was a very pleasant experience. I would gladly recommend Priority 1 to any body that needs electrical help. more

Electric outlets were installed on patio that didn't have any electric. They had to dig a trench and hit a couple of sprinkler lines but they repaired the pipes on the spot. They painted the new conduit on the house to match the house and it's practically invisible. New outlets are already in use and we are very happy! more

I called with a problem, Ray Ann asked me a series of questions, and decided I had done all I could to solve my issue. She then proceeded to check with her staff to see if anyone could come to my assistance, and she found someone who could and he was there within an hour. He did an analysis and explained the cost and what he would do to fix my problem. Everything was done, quickly, and efficiently. Thank you! more
