I was ridiculous over charged to diagnosis 1 plug and replace 3 additional outlets. $545 for 1 hour 45 min of routine electrical work.
When I spoke to Don Kruse the owner of the company and explained that I was not satisfied. He was arrogant and sarcastic to me and did not honor his Guarantee as the add says. If for any reason you are not satisfied he will personally return every penny. All I wanted was to be charged for reasonable charges. I am permanently disabled and priority one did not help me but argued.
I would not ever recommend this over priced company to anyone. Their guarantee is a lie!!!
