Miguel came with an apprentice and was very nice and helpful. It was obvious though that he had been coached on "pricing up" for Priority's services. I had a simple repair which I eventually fixed in 30 minutes or less and I was told that to "restore power" they would charge $362. The day after they were here, I received a call in the morning that the technicians would be here but were running late - I had to remind office staff that my appt. had been the day before.
