Review content:
Monica was very good at keeping my expectations realistic, and keeping me in my budget. She informed me of all the items that could raise the cost of pool before hand ie-access to backyard was very narrow, so longer dig time could and did happen. The drainage system would not be included. The end product is a pool within my budget, that I really like.
The landscaping company that works with Premier-Earthscapes did good work, it would just be best to follow that very wise rule-get it in writing. There was a disagreement on additional landscape work to be done. With Monica's help, they came out and completed the work as promised-and did a nice job.
Pros: Monica Thomas was great to work with
Cons: Earthscapes needed alittle prodding to complete work
