The work was completed, no problems, very satisfied 8/22/2016

I wasn't satisfied with the long wait, about four hours after the initial time given me. RESPONSE FROM Preferred Plumbing & Drain: I apologize for the long wait. Sometimes our emergency service calls come in all at once and puts us behind. Thank you for your feed back. the service was outstanding & completed 7/20/2016

The problem was much bigger then I thought it was. It took the serviceman several trips, until he figured out how to correct the problem. He was very professional and pleasant. I would recommend him to any of my good friends. more

Very prompt and excellent work 7/5/2016

We had a pipe leak just beyond the main. I made a request on-line and someone called me within a couple of hours. They communicated well and the work was done with expertise. I did have a concern, which I voiced and someone called me back immediately to resolve. Which was probably what made this an exceptional experience. I was that WOW moment we all talk about but don't see very much anymore. more

The gentleman who repaired and replaced my stop $@!#% was thorough, efficient and I appreciated his being able to come right away. it has been awhile since I have needed a plumber so the fee for service was a bit more expensive than I had expected when I made the call. But - I needed the repairs, so I accepted the hourly charge. I no longer have a water leak; I am grateful. more

Estimate only 5/21/2016

Estimate only. When I have received other estimates, I will decide. Preferred's plumber seemed fully knowledgeable, and I would trust him to do a good job. Frankly, I was shocked at the price estimated, but I really had no idea of what the price should be. It was probably a fair estimate--it's just me-- I'm just not up on current plumbing charges. I found the estimator quite personable, which is always a plus for the company. more
