Great Service 11/13/2012

Your team was very professional and polite. It was really expensive though for such a small hole 3x2x2 and to replace some black plastic pipe. In really thought that the estimate was on the high side and you would adjust down. Such is life. Don more

Used twice 11/10/2012

Used them twice. Both times they were very quick at responding to our needs. Had a under slab water leak. They found the leak and made the repair the same day. We had a sewer plug which they found and cleaned on same day. Very happy with them, as they also cleaned up any mess they made. more

Plumber left items under sink out instead of putting them back under sink, as well as there was a spill of water which was not cleaned up RESPONSE FROM Preferred Plumbing & Drain: Hi Imelda I apologize for your poor experience with the clean up after the job was complete. Our policy is to infact clean and put everything away before we leave. Please give me the job address so i can investigate which tech did not finish his job correctly and get him corrected for the future. Couldn't have been better from first phone call to job completion. Reasonable rates, on time with estimate and crew. Job site clean after repair was done. There is little to add to the already highs review on the paper forms. 10/2/2012

I do suggest however, your company could become a headache to consumers. You rely on homeowners and property owners for your livelihood. Continual requests for reviews is perhaps unwise. You company representatives received excellent reviews from Jeffery and myself at the times of service based on the services provided (call backs included). Plumbing issues are individual regardless of similarities and older homes are more of a challenge. Your company and its representatives Travis & Jun each conducted themselves in confident professional manners. Please, do not send anymore review requests until the next time we need your competent company. more

Very unorganized 10/1/2012

Took several trips to get parts. He should have looked at the job and evaluated what parts he might need. Make one trip. Depends on which technician comes out 9/29/2012

I had to have Preferred plumbing come to the sorority house I mange 3 times over the past week. The first time, the service was excellent! The second time, the service was fine. But the last trip, the technicians left without solving the problem! Literally, they just gave up and left. My toilets still weren't flushing, and the pipe was still clogged. Buy bigger equipment so you can deal with the roots in Davis! Luckily for me, I had a handyman come out and clear the pipes of the roots. more

I was extremely satisfied with the service 9/26/2012

The gentleman that came was very courteous and professional. He explained everything to me and I was extremely happy with the service. I was especially pleased with the "thank you" note I received from the company following the service. I had never gotten anything like that before, and I know I'll recommend the service and use it again if I need to. more

Excellent Plumbers but messy 9/4/2012

Two technicians came to my house to replace an old water heater located inside the house. Because we have white carpet and walls, I purchased disposable booties for them to wear over their shoes and I put don't two drop-cloths. They did an excellent job replacing the water heater but left the place a mess. Hand prints on the walls, saw dust and flux inside the water heater cabinet and some stains on the floor. They had no concept that they should leave the place like they found it. I think the company doesn't stress that part of the job. I knew there was going to be problems when I offered one of the technicians the booties and he looked at me like I was crazy. He later took them off. more
