very poor work. the camera scope we paid for had no light and thus no picture. we were told we had a b Will never recomend your company and very disappointed in work. Oh by the way we do not need to pay 43500 TO REPLACE THE PIPEroken pipe but how did he get that information when he could see nothing. I do not unserstand. The young boy who ran the "snake" rAN IT ONLY ONCE AND BROUGHT OUT A SMALL AMOUNT OF ROOTS AND TOLD US THE PIPE NEEDED REPLACEING. tOTAL COST OF NO WORK AND 30 MINUTES TIME $209.00 more

Didn't Keep Appointments 1/30/2012

Didn't arrive on time for the appointment and didn't call me. I had to call them and they missed every appointment they promised and didn't call to them me. What a jacked up company! more

Trezdon 49 was very professional when he was working at our house. He did a great job clearing the drain. If we need work done again we will ask for him!!! 1/30/2012

Great Service! 1/28/2012

We have used them for our property twice now, once for a sink drain and another time for a toilet(issues not related). Both times they were fast, knowledgeable and fixed the problem the first time. Our only regret was that we didn't call them sooner! We would definitely recommend them! more

Unable to Diagnose Problem 1/24/2012

The first person who came out misdiagnosed the problem with our bathroom sink leak. It took five visits to finally get the problem solved. more

Troublesome Installation Done Well 1/23/2012

Plumber removed old kitchen faucet with difficulty, then had to enlarge center hole in SS sink to accommodate new kitchen faucet. Cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. more

Service was good tech was polite 1/16/2012

The tech respond to my call the same day and determined and repaired ($180.00) what he thought was wrong. I had to call him back the next day as the water heater still was not working. My son and husband both suggested what could be wrong with the heater,that the regulator for the propane tank was defective. It turned out that was the problem and the tech told me that I needed a new heater. The tech did not check the regulator on the first visit and replaced a part that did not need replaced. The tech needs to be better trained on propane water heaters and what other things could be wrong. RESPONSE FROM Preferred Plumbing & Drain: Thank you for your feedback as this helps us get better. TREZDON was Terrific! Professional, Personable and Prompt! 1/14/2012

Trezdon (49) arrived within an hour of my phone call and was very professional, explained what service checks he would be performing, was very polite and respectfull of our house and property. Did a great job explaining possible causes of the problem, so we could prevent it from recurring. Very personable and cleaned up after the work was complete. Would call again and ask for him! more

James and Tom arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem we were experiencing and quickly went to work on repairing it. It was handled with great expediency. After correcting the issue I was given a detailed explanation of the problem and what had been done to remedy it.
