Had a very positive experience in getting a clogged drain resolved. Very professional young man and although he mentioned possible other products and services we could consider, he did not try to PUSH anything on me we didn't need. I sincerely appreciated that. more

Plumbing problems are never fun, but Tom's professionalism and great attitude made it less painful. The cost was reasonable for the size of the project, and the work was completed quickly so things could get back to normal. more

Broken copper pipe behind automatic clothes washer on hot side. 8/30/2012

Your man was Johnny on the spot. My wife was waiting on the stairs for a call back and I looked outside and your truck was there. With going to the store for a part and completing the job he was done in maybe an hour or a little more. Was. very thorough in letting us know what had to be done and the cost. Really put my wife at ease. We would recommend to anyone and thanks again for such prompt service. more

Great Emergency Service 8/19/2012

Preferred Plumbing and Drain did an excellent job installing my hot water heater during the weekend when my heater unexpectedly began to leak. They responded immediately to my internet request for help through Service Magic.com and the plumber who did the job of finding a tank for me and installing it, was polite, friendly and professional and had the job done within hours. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbling and Drain for any hot water heater emergency. more

Great service, great people 7/25/2012

Robert, customer service personnel did a fantastic job given the terrible working condition. Working on the hottest day of the year at over 100 degree, he had to craw down 10 feet into the sewer manhole barely large enough for his body to fit to remove and install complete pump system. His work habits were excellent, making sure everything was in good working order. more

Do not call or use this company! 7/21/2012

It took weeks and many, many calls to get this company to finish a job that, at best, should have taken 2 days. Also, the city inspecter failed the work twice due to lack of code compliance. more

needed the toilet water valve replaced, called around noon and had a service tech that evening at the house at 5:30, free estimate,decided to do it and since he was on the clock for an hour he even swapped out the sink valves for only the price of the valves, saved me a hour service charge to have it done at a later date. Very happy with his work. Hourly rate MUCH cheaper than Roto or Bonney Even called a few days later to check on job, sent me a HAND addressed thank you card. Impressive more

I had just arrived in town for a family gathering and got a call that my rental had a water backup. I saw Preferred Plumbing's ad in the yellow pages and they responded quickly. The technician was friendly and professional and really cared about providing quality service. EXCELLENT SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE 6/1/2012

I called them on a Sunday of a Holiday weekend and they still charged me at their everyday rate! They came to my house to give me a free estimate based on the job to be done and not by the hour. The plumber was very courteous and professional. I was loyal to Roto Rooter; but they raised their rates recently and they charge more on the weekends... so Preferred Plumbing & Drain has a new regular customer! more

Employees are great. Ken and his trainee were very polite and professional. Nathan had alot of knowledge and was very nice he did save us alot of money which is greatly appreciated. Took a little longer than we were told to have the hole in the yard filled. Otherwise great service. You guys will be on my list for future plumbers. Thank you. more
