This is the second time Erik has done work at our house. While we had to wait until the next day for them to respond (non-emergent), they made us a priority next day, took great care of the issue and the work was done efficiently and well. And it was great to have our original plumber come back-- we like building a relationship with him. They are great about communicating with us-- calls and texts-- and following up. The company advertises service within 45 min but it took 6 1/2 hours and then they charged twice what it should have cost. My main line was backed up I called and the receptionist told me someone would be out within a few hours because they were backed up. I got a call about 2 hours later and she said they were still coming be patient because of the holiday. the next call was about 4 hours later saying they couldn't make it. I had to wait 2 days. But when Eddie came he was very friendly and said he was very sorry. He was very informational and was very good explaining what needed to be done. It took 2 days and the second day his helper came Juan Rodriguez who was also very nice. I was very pleased with the work and it was very neat. Likable guys they do try to please... Plumbing looks good all through I'd like to reserve my opinions for a year and see that everything is working well. That's just me. They did clean up taking the rusted iron pipes with them and cleaned up the bathroom floor. That was really good. This was an enormous job! Had a blockage and they came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem very quickly. They also informed me of potential future issues and how to remedy these problems. I hired Power Pro Plumbing to inspect for a gas leak. They were unable to find it and we did not think that they had a good grasp on how to resolve quickly and with the least amount of impact. They said they would provide a quote and never did. We called someone else. They may be better at water leaks than gas leaks but either way we did not think they were able to do what we needed. They did some sewer work for me in March and I had a 1 year warranty. On Nov 8, I had a main line clog at 8pm with sewage backing into the bath tub. I called to schedule a service call and was told they would get someone out that night. Eddie was there by 9:40pm. He snaked the line and unclogged the stoppage. Eddie was personable and professional and he didn't leave until 11pm, making sure all toilets flushed properly and no stoppages were present. All this with no charge or hassle. I am a very satisfied customer. more

Javier Reynoso came out yesterday to service our water heater. When it was unable to be repaired, he installed a new one for us in 1.5 hours (less than what he estimated) He was totally professional, and a nice guy as well. The Power Pro Plumbing & Heating are expertise in their profession. In 3 days they complete replace the entire sewer system all the way down to the city service. The home is approximately over 50 years old. They did a fantastic job and you couldn't even tell they were here.
