Emergency Call 9/25/2017

Was very happy with Power Pro's response to an emergency we had with a tenant's water source issue. They responded within a couple hours and had the issue resolved. We will be using them again in the future for our needs. more

Replaced sewer 5/10/2017

5/10/17 Quick response on a Sunday for sewer repair. Fully replaced in 3 days. Federico V. and his team were fast, efficient & friendly. Hard workers and cleaned up everything. Thoroughly explained everything they were doing over the 3 days. Everything is up and running perfectly. Federico V. and his team went above and beyond. Highly recommend Power Pro Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We're 38 year residents , in a 55 year old home. These guys know what they're doing, you can trust they will do what is needed to get things working for you! more

Very pleased with jOSE from Power Pro Plumbing 4/11/2017

When Power Pro Plumbing saids no job is to small, they mean it. I just needed a tech to come out to the house and unscrew the housing on my whole house filtration system so a new filter can be installed. Jose did everything for me. I was afraid if I did it I would break the housing and would have no water, because of my strength. Thanks Power Pro ( JOSE ). more

It was awesome! 4/6/2017

The plumbers from Power Pro Plumbing were nice and polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They spoke to the kids and even touched their slime patties--and they did the job great. They had to replace the U drainage out of the tub and they cleaned up after themselves. We have used them twice, and we will use them again. more

Miguel snaked out my clogged drain and recommended hydro jetting which should solve future issues. He and Tavo were very professional, friendly, and helpful. 4/4/2017

After MIguel snaked out the clogged line, I mentioned that the line had a history of clogging and that I intended to replace the cast iron drain pipe with ABS to avoid future issues. Miguel suggested hydro jetting the line which could clean the line of rust and other issues that were contributing to the clogs. After receiving a discount, I agreed to the hydro jetting and feel confident after seeing nothing but clear water finally coming out of the line, along with lots of scum (and a nail!... that can't be good), I should not have the issues I've had. Thank you Miguel and Tavo! more

power pro wanted to charge me $2600.00 for a cloged drain and drain right did it for s75.00 2/6/2017

I had a cloged drain and called power pro they came and wanted to jack hammer the floor to fix cloged drain at a cost of $2600.00 so i called DRAIN Right plumbing and they uncloged the drain for $75.00 more

Installed a water heater 1/24/2017

The tech person (George) did a excellent job on installing a new water heater. He was very professional & so very kind. He made sure my hot water was working in the house before he left. The water was nice & and warm. I would recommend George to anyone. I thank Power Pro for all of your service. more

Very poor service 8/13/2016

Their techs don't test out what they fix before they leave. Had a sump pump issues 3 times now, had to replace motor the first time around. Then it went Agua. 2 months later, a rope in the line that clogged it. Made us wait all day before coming out. Happened again yesterday, my landlord called at 730am. He waited All day no one ever called, u called at 5, said oh, another hour or so. Didn't show til 7pm, no call as requested. Mysteriously the same rope was found again hmmm. Left without testing the the pump, took a shower and low and behold NOT WORKING. called this morning 830. Hour or so eta RIGHT!! still waiting, we should have been first call since they screwed up and in a 6ft pipe somehow had the same rope as first time. Hinky. Eta, maybe an hour. Horrible. Using them only bc we have to, since pump purchased from them and under warranty. Horrible more

Receptionist Heidi (x. 106); service technicians Federico and (I believe) Omar were friendly, extremely efficient, patient with explanations and recommendations and excellent (plus) at returning to explain (and repair) recurrence--as well as explaining possible extensive reworking that may become necessary before house is torn down. Our downstairs Plumbing backed this morning. Handling a Plumbing problem was not a part of my busy schedule this morning. I called Power Pro Plumbing, and they sent their Amazing service Tech Joseph out to help us with our Problem. I watched Joseph carefully and thoroughly source our problem and within 45 minutes of his arrival our Plumbing was unclogged and working nicely. Thank you, Power Pro and thanks, Joseph. It is nice to work with a Plumbing Company that is thorough and focusses on quality! more
