Power Pro Plumbing was really that good. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I can't tell you no more about them than that. I love the way they charged me as well. I don't like to be charged, but that was the best I've been charged by a plumber. The customer service was beautiful. My plumber was great. He was very, very cordial. I like that. I'd recommend them. more

I had a sewage leak happening around the toilet bowl. The plumber from Power Pro Plumbing figured out the problem, told me the options, and didn't try to force me to buy anything more than I wanted to buy. I had explained that I usually have a handyman who comes out and just wasn't available that day, so I didn't want too much extra done. He was okay with that, and he explained every step after asking permission for each of those steps. more

The guy from Power Pro Plumbing could've told me he was going to charge $150 to change an angle stop. I know they're cheap at the store, and it only took him 10 minutes to do it. The fact that he charged me so much was completely out of line. I'm really not very happy. more

Excellent work! 9/8/2013

Bert and his assistance were able to establish the source of the leak (under the concrete foundation), and did a magnificent job of rerouting the piping to fix the problem. They were very professional and competent in their work and were very careful of the work that required them to tear out walls in the house. Any other need for plumbing work will certainly go to Power Pro Plumbing, with a request to have Bert as the plumber. more

George did a stellar job of installing the best, most affordable garbage disposal in my newly-remodeled kitchen. He has done work here before so it was great seeing him come to the door! 8/18/2013

In addition to the new garbage disposal, I also learned that two past slab leaks were related to the hard water in this South Orange County area. As a result, I had a new Halo 5 water treatment unit installed. What a difference it has made in the water quality, from bathing to washing dishes and clothes! The Halo 5 should also prevent future problems with calcification in water faucets, shower heads & shower doors, etc., thanks to George! more

Quick and Professional 8/14/2013

We had a major plumbing problem. Power Pro Plumbing got here within about an hour of our phone call. They got the necessary additional equipment here that same afternoon and made sure our plumbing was working before leaving that evening. They were back the next morning with all the needed parts and equipment for the needed repair of our pipes. They had major work and mess to deal with, but left everything completely clean. They were professional, fast, and nice. I would definitely recommend them. And while our repair was an expensive one, it would have been much more costly with a competitor. more

The best plumbing care and service in over my 40 years 7/22/2013

I called Power Pro Plumbing on the weekend for a plumbing emergency. Two old metal pipes had ruptured flooding my laundry room and my water heater was leaking. I was expecting to pay outrageous weekend rates and to put on the "I will get a plumber sometime today" list. To my amazement the receptionist told me that it was a family business and the rates were the same all the time. When the plumber arrived he was clean, very professional and explained everything to me from damage, parts and repairs. When I was quoted the price for the job, I was shocked by the low price, plus I received a discount. The quality of work was superb. That was the first time I had seen plumbers clean up after themselves. I normally don't write reviews, but after that excellent experience and service like I had received, I had to brag. Power Pro Plumbing is excellent. more

Excellent Service 7/11/2013

This is the second time I've called Power Pro for an emergency, because I trust them to do a great, professional job. I was so impressed with this company, because they know what they are doing, charge a fair, reasonable price and get the job done by the end of the day. The first time, I called Carlos who found the exact spot where my sewer was clogged under the back yard. They use a camera to be precise. The second time, I called Tim who was also very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to get the job done. I would highly recommend Power Pro Plumbing to everyone for any type of problem, but they specialize in fixing sewers. They also came out on a holiday, but don't charge extra for weekends or holidays. Excellent workmanship. more

Our friend referred us to Power Pro and said to request Jorge. (Glad my friend made the call for us actually.) This is by far the best experience we've had with a plumbing company. Jorge Gutierrez certainly knows how to represent the company. He explained the problem in detail and gave me several options. He wasnt pushy into trying to sell a big job. Very honest young man and I will certainly request him again. It's great knowing there are still honest people out there giving a good reputation to big companies like Power Pro. Thanks Jorge!! more

They put some kind of lining in on our main sewer line that goes from our house to the street. I felt like they had me over a barrel. They dug a big hole in my hard then stuck me with a $10,000 bill. I thought that was a bit excessive. more
