Excellent Service Experience 10/13/2014

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. The office scheduled to service call right away and the plumber arrived when promised. The main water line to the house had to be replaced. This was done with a minimum of disturbance to our yard and hard scape. They worked into the evening to make sure the job was completed and cleaned up before leaving. The plumbers were very courteous and pleasant to deal with. The price for the work was also very competitive. We would use them again and recommend them to others. more

Ultimately satisfied customer 5/3/2014

Last Sunday I called you for a "free estimate" and you sent Alex out. After he (per your policy) quoted me $450 for the "free" estimate, I got very irritated and told him I would. find another company. From that moment on, he and I became a team. He was deeply concerned with how he could "turn me around" for Power Pro with whom I'd had some history. Because of his efforts, I agreed to use your company and, thanks to Alex, it was a GREAT experience. Please pass along my thanks to Alex....and keep an eye on him. Reliable and Professional 4/8/2014

Mike has come to our rescue now twice. We trust him and would not call anyone else. The office staff is always professional. We also feel like they are not overcharging us or taking advantage of us because of where we live. Would definitely recommend Mike to our friends! more

Excellent on time service 3/20/2014

I found Pro Power Plumbing personnel to be professional, knowledgable and courteous. They did an excellent job of replacing water heater and garbage disposal. They were able to locate a leak in the pipe and repair the leak. I was very satisfied with their service. more

Came out same day, about an hours time. 3/19/2014

Their ad said the job would be $99, but when man arrived he said $120 then changed it to lower. Had to do more work which ended up costing me $650 which I thought was high. Should give good discounts to seniors. more

Excellent , professional plumber. 2/25/2014

The plumbing company had a busy day, and the plumber could not get to our job until 5 hours after the call. When he arrived he knew exactly what to do, and found other items that needed repair which he expediently did. He did a great job and cleaned up the job site before leaving, so my renter could put his personal items away. This is the second time I've used this company, and I will use them again for plumbing work. more

Job performed to professional standards 2/18/2014

The professional, experienced crew identified and corrected the major plumbing problem and the problem and repair procedure was explained clearly with options left to the discretion of the owner. The crew was congenial and courteous, respectful of the owner's property and left the work area neat and orderly at the end of the job. They worked diligently and with minimal disruption, with continuous communication regarding the progress being made in the repair. They are to be commended for their high work ethics. more

Carlos arrived on time, assessed the problem, wrote up an estimate of the work required and explained what he was going to do. Was efficient, knowledgeable, did a good job and cleaned up after himself. Was personable as well. Nothing bad to say, except plumbing repairs are expensive! more
