Absolutely Thrilled! 2/9/2015

I had to go to Power Pro Plumbing when my main sewer line needed to be replaced and they did a fantastic job. They are very professional and that is not something you see now days. They must have gone back in time to figure how people are supposed to do things. Bottom line: I don't get in impressed easily, and they really impressed me. The workers were professional and courteous and did everything that they said they were going to do. Rather than dig up my yard and create a big mess, they did the replacement via a trenchless method and that was really convenient. Now everything is working great and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them; you won't be disappointed! more

The worst 1/28/2015

The absolute worst plumbing experience I have ever had. The repiping leaked and soaked my walls ceiling and floors. It took a month and a half before they could find the leak. Now I have a disaster company here. The bathroom is unusable. Thanks for the crappy service. RESPONSE FROM Power Pro Plumbing: The initial leak was caught and fixed but, unfortunately, there was a defected 90. This is not something we could have foreseen ahead of time. We purchase high quality material and parts from well known and prestigious plumbing distributors and this is a once in a blue moon situation. Unfortunately, this happened to be the case and we hate that our customer has to go through any and all inconvenience. We work hard to insure we take care of our customers and their plumbing needs. We have an "emergency service" to send out to the client's property as part of our process whenever there is any water leaks. We will continue to work hard to insure this customer and his home are taken care off. more

Very professional and helpful 1/23/2015

I needed a team to come out on a Sunday. The guys who came worked the whole day through and finished in one day (instead of what we all thought would be a two-day job). I was so glad they were able to "git 'er done!" Plus, they were polite and business-like. more

Power Pro Plumbing was really good with communication! They explained before they did anything. They also came and showed us what they'd be doing, detail by detail. I thought that was really nice. The service was good! more

Horrible 1/8/2015

They came out and fixed my mothers plumbing and charged. They took advantage of my father that is disabled and charged almost 900 dollars to replace tome pvc pipe under the kitchen sink and a water valve. Parts costing under 20.00 and they worked for 1 1/2 hours. Very sad!!! Dont sign the small section at the bottom of their contract/receipt. It is to make you waive your right to cancel the contract ...which is a right you have to do within 3 days for your service. So if you find out they ripped you off in your 3 days you could dispute. But they make sure to cover their tracks so that even when they SCREW you....there is nothing that can be done. Not even a disabled man that has physical ailments and brain damage. Shame on this compnay!!!! more

Great Service 12/22/2014

Called for an emergency main line blockage problem at an apartment building. Cesar was there that same evening and took care of the problem. Came back later to diagnose with camera and give an estimate. Was very satisfied with response time and solution. more

Excellent and quick response. 12/16/2014

I had my kitchen sink clogged and it wasn't the garbage disposal so I had to call Power Pro Plumbing. They were very professional; it was a quick fix and they left fast. The repair was a little expensive, but they were excellent. more

Power Pro Plumbing was so courteous, kind, and seemed to be completely into their work! They dug in and put their tent up to work in the rain and I thought that was phenomenal. If you have any problems, definitely call Power Pro! more

Power Pro Sewer Line Repair 11/6/2014

The Power Pro Plumbing team came out to investigate a slow drain problem that I was having in with the kitchen sink. They identified the problem and presented the various options available to me to resolve the problem. I found the team to responsive, professional, and I appreciated the fact that they made all of their activities transparent to me. I would like to give a special thanks to their point man Marvin. It was great working with him and I appreciate his hard work. Thanks again for your help and I will definitely call the next time I have a plumbing issue. Thx. more

I think what needs to be reviewed by the company is the amount of time it takes to get a service person to the customers house. If I had had a broken pipe in my house somewhere, and the plumber didn't get to my house for four hours, as I had to wait this time, I would have been without water all that time. more
