My main line was backed up I called and the receptionist told me someone would be out within a few hours because they were backed up. I got a call about 2 hours later and she said they were still coming be patient because of the holiday. the next call was about 4 hours later saying they couldn't make it. I had to wait 2 days. But when Eddie came he was very friendly and said he was very sorry. He was very informational and was very good explaining what needed to be done. It took 2 days and the second day his helper came Juan Rodriguez who was also very nice. I was very pleased with the work and it was very neat.
