Great service from Branden with Plumbline 3/16/2014

Branden M. from Plumbline Services services our main sewer line and was quick, thorough, and informative. Truly, I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. He answered my questions, was sincerely friendly and honest, and was in and out very quickly. I recommend him, and Plumbline, very highly. Plus, their $99 special is very worth it. I've rented the sewer snake from Home Depot for $75, but an extra $24 and no hassle through Plumbline is worth it!! more

Review for Bob F service 3/11/2014

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that my technician (Bobby F.) displayed. He was very neat and took care not to track anything into our home. He was very prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us with 3 options for repair. No high pressure on which repair route to choose, which I really appreciated. Once we made our choice, and the city got the house water turned off, the repairs were swift and the clean up completed. He did explain the company Company Assurance Plan in detail, which my wife and I decided to purchase; receiving a 15% discount off the total charge. I know that I need some work done before we list our home for sale and it made perfect sense to have those repairs made by someone you trust, and backed by a competent company that believes in customer satisfaction. We plan to have our technician perform the needed inspection and I am sure that what ever is found will be repaired to our satisfaction. I am very happy we used Plumbline Services, and had Bobby F. as our technician. more

Very happy with Plumbline! 10/27/2013

This is the 2nd time Plumbline has been out to my house and I'm so impressed with their techs. They insist on putting shoe covers on before entering your home, which I like because I prefer that but would never ask. Dan was my tech this time and I really appreciate the time he took to go over everything with me so I understood it, as well as writing down all the same detail on my work order. Certainly I'll forget what he told me by the time I need it and rarely do you see someone take the time to be so detailed. Dan even programmed our thermostat for the way we wanted it set daily, literally in under 2 minutes, which is something I haven't been able to do in the 18 months I lived here! He made sure we understood everything and had no questions before he left. On yea, and he even cleaned my dirty, dusty furnace! It's so nice to feel good about a service company these days! Thanks to Tom Martino for his referral list, another great one! more

Dominic was very professional, and was able to inform me of the possibility of a more serious problem. This was verified by a camera feed. If not found this problem would of gotten worse and may have caused much more damage and work in the future to repair. Thanks again Dominic more

I had the privilege of having Dan Jones at my house to do a preventive maintenance on my AC unit. He was pleasant and professional to talk to. Obviously young and ambitions, I liked the way he presented himself, and am impressed at how much he knows about his line of work. I was being nosey and inquiring about what he was doing, yet he seemed to go out of his way to explain to me how things worked. But more importantly how much he cared that the AC unit was working great. His demeanor, knowledge of the job, and professional caring is why I am still content with my Plumbline Services. Dan's a good guy, and in the future I will surely throw in my request to have him as my next Plumbline technician. Thanks Dan... more

Plumbline Drain Cleaning 6/28/2012

Pete J was very polite and did his job well. I would have given 5 stars, but there is rust all over the floor area where he cleaned the drain. I recently had knee surgery, so my next call is to have someone help me clean it. I'm sure they will be willing to help me. more

tankless water heater and boiler replacement 4/12/2012

I recently purchased an older home with a 60 yr old boiler heating system. After 18 months in our "new" home, the boiler and water heater went out at the same time, leaving us with no heat or hot water. Plumbline sent Chris out and after reviewing our options, we purchased a tankless water heater and heat system for the entire house. Although the technology behind this unit is state of the art, we quickly learned each house required special adjustments to the gas line and water pressure entering the house as well as other modifications. If it were not for Chris and his dedication from the start, I would have cancelled the installation. He is truly a man of integrity. His determination to see the project through until completion and his perfectionist attitude combined with his level of experience and dedication to this project made all the difference. I would highly recommend Chris to all of my friends and neighbors. He is relieable, on time, professional, trustworthy and a true asset to Plumbline Services. You don't find people like Chris very often. He is a true gem! more

Horrible 12/9/2011

Plumbline came out to fix a pipe at my house. Upon digging a 3x3x3 hole and finding new problems, work was stopped. Approx 3 hours of work. They charged me $1650.00 for this......never again. more

Plumbing Service Call 12/8/2011

We would like to thank Plumbline Services for there promt professional response to our plumbing issues. We called a competitor for service and after they no called no showed twice we called Plumbline Services. They arrived on time and ready to fix our problem. Roberto explained the repairs and quoted us the prices before starting work. After we gave him the go ahead he went straight to work and completed the job in less time than was quoted. When Roberto was finished he showed us the completed project and assured us that the work was all up to code. The timely manner that the job was completed in allowed us to relax and enjoy the rest of our Sunday. Thanks Roberto! Steve more
