I recently purchased an older home with a 60 yr old boiler heating system. After 18 months in our "new" home, the boiler and water heater went out at the same time, leaving us with no heat or hot water. Plumbline sent Chris out and after reviewing our options, we purchased a tankless water heater and heat system for the entire house.
Although the technology behind this unit is state of the art, we quickly learned each house required special adjustments to the gas line and water pressure entering the house as well as other modifications.
If it were not for Chris and his dedication from the start, I would have cancelled the installation. He is truly a man of integrity. His determination to see the project through until completion and his perfectionist attitude combined with his level of experience and dedication to this project made all the difference. I would highly recommend Chris to all of my friends and neighbors.
