This is the 2nd time Plumbline has been out to my house and I'm so impressed with their techs. They insist on putting shoe covers on before entering your home, which I like because I prefer that but would never ask. Dan was my tech this time and I really appreciate the time he took to go over everything with me so I understood it, as well as writing down all the same detail on my work order. Certainly I'll forget what he told me by the time I need it and rarely do you see someone take the time to be so detailed. Dan even programmed our thermostat for the way we wanted it set daily, literally in under 2 minutes, which is something I haven't been able to do in the 18 months I lived here! He made sure we understood everything and had no questions before he left. On yea, and he even cleaned my dirty, dusty furnace! It's so nice to feel good about a service company these days! Thanks to Tom Martino for his referral list, another great one!
