I had the privilege of having Dan Jones at my house to do a preventive maintenance on my AC unit. He was pleasant and professional to talk to. Obviously young and ambitions, I liked the way he presented himself, and am impressed at how much he knows about his line of work. I was being nosey and inquiring about what he was doing, yet he seemed to go out of his way to explain to me how things worked. But more importantly how much he cared that the AC unit was working great. His demeanor, knowledge of the job, and professional caring is why I am still content with my Plumbline Services. Dan's a good guy, and in the future I will surely throw in my request to have him as my next Plumbline technician. Thanks Dan...
