I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that my technician (Bobby F.) displayed. He was very neat and took care not to track anything into our home. He was very prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us with 3 options for repair. No high pressure on which repair route to choose, which I really appreciated. Once we made our choice, and the city got the house water turned off, the repairs were swift and the clean up completed.
He did explain the company Company Assurance Plan in detail, which my wife and I decided to purchase; receiving a 15% discount off the total charge. I know that I need some work done before we list our home for sale and it made perfect sense to have those repairs made by someone you trust, and backed by a competent company that believes in customer satisfaction.
We plan to have our technician perform the needed inspection and I am sure that what ever is found will be repaired to our satisfaction.
I am very happy we used Plumbline Services, and had Bobby F. as our technician.
