Worst

When I arrived the receptionist was on a personal call, did not get off and instead tapped a pen at me to sign in. There was not enough room to sit. However, the stylist was right...

Not a great haircut, expensive 6/22/2012

The haircut took less than 10 minutes, was crooked, and cost me close to $20. Not super impressed. The staff is friendly and the setting is cute, but I wish it wasn't such a rip off. more

Great place for kids haircuts 6/19/2012

I take my twin 2 year old boys there. I love that one can go play while the other is getting his hair cut. I've been here 3 times now and they'e done a great job all three times. They know how to cut through the cries (luckily only the first time for us), and the kids love being able to sit in the firetruck/airplane, etc. It's nice they have a twin discount, and they are really good about re-cutting within 24 hours if you're not satisfied (happened once for me and they were very accommodating). more

We've been taking our now 3 year old son here ever since his first haircut. They are very nice, they listen to what we want, and they are fast! The waiting area is great, and the televisions with fun kid movies playing always help to keep him still during his cut. Definitely recommend! more

Great experience always 6/11/2012

This was my 17 month old's second haircut here. He is a crier :-( As soon as they start the electric clippers he starts wailing. But the hair dressers are extremely patient and good natured. The car seats, catoons, toys, chocolates etc are all good distractions. We'll definitely be back :-) Due to lack of time, even I got a Mom's cut done here and they did a really good job :-) more

Wonderful Experience 6/7/2012

Great haircut. She was fast and very friendly. My son loved the fun airplane seat he was in and the balloon he got. The environment was very kid friendly and clean. Loved the movie playing and the train table for the kids to be entertained with. We will be back. more

Wonderful place! 6/7/2012

After moving here from out of state I was having a very hard time finding a hair salon for my 3 young kids. After a couple horrible attempts I thought I would try out pigtails and crewcuts. I can not recommend them highly enough! Just know that even now I have a group of moms I referred that feel the same way! Wonderful wonderful place! more

We've been bringing our two boys for haircuts for about the past six months. Our older son has Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), and haircuts have always been very traumatic for him. The staff at Pigtails & Crewcuts has been super understanding and accommodating, leading to a no-tears haircut yesterday, a HUGE milestone for us! more

I took my daughter to Pigtails and Crewcuts for her 3rd birthday. Miss Dana did an excellent job of trimming her bangs and painting her toes. She felt so special and even gave Dana a hug which she doesn't give out easily! The Orchards location is excellent for a special day with your child. A little pampering at the kids salon where the staff are friendly and professional, a train ride and splash park and then lunch. It was a wonderful day! more

Excellent all 3 times 5/20/2012

We've been 3 times, Shawn has cut my daughter's hair beautifully each and every time. Very glad our appointment was early, they were very busy and the kid that got into the chair next to my 22-mo. old daughter as we were finishing came completely unhinged and scared all the other kids half to death - but his stylist handled it as best she could. more

Wonderful experience 5/14/2012

We have been to Pigtails and Crewcuts in Westminster for all of my son's haircuts (~5) and have never been disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and kid oriented. They have a great train set for those waiting and a whole play room. They have regular seats as well as fun seats for the little kids. A movie is always on hand for those needing some visual distraction. We'll definitely be back! more
