Review content:
We have been to Pigtails and Crewcuts in Westminster for all of my son's haircuts (~5) and have never been disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and kid oriented. They have a great train set for those waiting and a whole play room. They have regular seats as well as fun seats for the little kids. A movie is always on hand for those needing some visual distraction. We'll definitely be back!
