When I arrived the receptionist was on a personal call, did not get off and instead tapped a pen at me to sign in. There was not enough room to sit. However, the stylist was right...

Great Visit! 8/22/2013

My son (4 years old) has been going to P & C for a couple of years now and he refuses to go anywhere else. Last week was extremely busy with back to school customers, so we made an appointment earlier this week. Everything was great, as usual. The stylists always make my little guy feel comfortable and important. more

Pigtails and Crewcuts is the best place I've found for kids haircuts. It has a great atmosphere, toys to keep the kids occupied, and, above all, great stylists (especially Dana). I won't take the kids any place else! more

I am someone who won't pay more than $15 for my own hair cut, but I will happily pay a little more for my kids because at Pigtails and Crewcuts they do such an awesome job and it doesn't ever look like they have a bowl on their heads. more

I made the appointment on- line and was early. The place opened at 9:00am. My son's appointment was at 9:30am. The appointment before his ran long. We got their early so my son would have time to play with the train set. This is my only thing I do not like the appointments have always started late. I did get $2.00 off for it being late. Once my son got on the fire truck and got his hair cut it was great. Crystal does a great job with kids cuts! more

Great first haircut 7/19/2013

My 15 month old son loved his first haircut at Pigtails & Crewcuts! I am so happy they listed to me and just shaped his hair. He looks great. We had a very positive experience and will treasure the 1st haircut folio we received. We will be back. Thanks Crystal! more

Speedy Service! 7/14/2013

I booked the appointment online, and even though it was a Saturday morning, they got us in 5 minutes early. My daughter just needed a trim, so we were in and out of there in 10 minutes! The stylist braided her hair and added glitter, and she was happily on her way with animal crackers! more

Good cut, convenient location. Today, we had a bang trim for a 10 year old. Crystal did a nice job and was quick. The 4 star instead of 5 is due to scheduling an appointment but still having to wait another 20 minutes to be seen. more

Great service for my baby with medical need 6/26/2013

This is the second time we've taken our son to have his haircut and both times the stylist was very patient with him and us standing right there with his oxygen. They are very perfessional and very kind to our son to make him feel comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is because we waited for a while even though we had an appoitnment schedules. more

Kudos to the team for handling my kicking & screaming 2.5 yr old. We've been coming here since his first haircut and there is nowhere else we'd risk going. They keep him distracted and even if all distractions fail, they don't get frazzled easily. And great haircut everytime. Thanks a ton more

Thank you to Pigtails & Crewcuts for doing such a great job w/ my 2 year old! He would not sit still and cried/ screamed from start to finish yet somehow our stylist managed to give him a great haircut. She was so incredibly patient - I'm not sure how they do it! more

They do an outstanding job here! The staff is warm and welcoming and exceptionally patient with the little ones. I cannot say enough about Dana- not only does she do an amazing job cutting my kids' hair, but she is friendly and encouraging as well. My son was not the biggest fan of the process and she has made it not only a comfortable experience for him, but a fun one as well. Cannot recommend them enough! Thanks for everything more

we used to live near by and came often and always loved it. then we moved out of town and had the opportunity to come back, we still love it. the team is wonderul with the kids, super nice and my daugther always end up with a pony or piggy tails eventhough I went for a bang cut only. more

Ear piercing 6/14/2013

I took my daughter to p&c to get her ears pierced instead of Clair's because they do both ear at once. We got Dana, she was so sweet tony daughter and incredibly patient. She sat with her and talked to her and tried to relieve her anxiety. All in all, Dana sold me. We will be returning to Dana for hair cuts as well from now on. more

Happy Customer! 6/7/2013

I had been going to a different haircut place for kids and just happened to go into P&C. Since then, I haven't returned to the other store. Miranda did such a great job with my son. He has been very hit or miss with haircuts, but every time Miranda has cut his hair, he's done great and I have always been happy with the cut. They have been on time with cuts and as a very clean/organized person, I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. more
