Worst

When I arrived the receptionist was on a personal call, did not get off and instead tapped a pen at me to sign in. There was not enough room to sit. However, the stylist was right...

Good experience, no problems 1/28/2013

We have been there twice and both haircuts have been fine. About the same price and experience as a competitor, much better than experiences at a grown-up hair-cutting chain. more

Love Pigtails and Crewcuts 1/18/2013

I have been taking my 6 and 7 year old boys since this place opened. They love the video games, I love the gals who cut their hair, amazing attention to detail and just fun to be around. We always feel welcome and the boys really love going there! more

Teri was amazing 1/12/2013

My son has been very difficult in the past and even went as far as screaming during the entire haircut. Teri was awesome with my son. He hesitated a little but when we got him in the chair she was sweet and patient and he didn't even wince more than twice. It was amazing. I have been so frustrated with getting his hair cut at other places but I will be back to P&C until he grows out of it. And I will always request Teri she was the best. more

We went there for my daughter's first haircut and it was GREAT! I had trimmed her hair a few times but she needed a good cut finally and this was the perfect place! They were so good with her and they have a first haircut package that includes a photo and a piece of hair. Definitely will return! more

They sure do love kids! 12/12/2012

I took my son here after a botched haircut at Great Clips and they did a wonderful job. The stylist talked to my son the entire time; she asked him questions and chatted with him and didn't look to me for answers. The place has plenty of great toys for kids to play with and my son wanted to continue to hang out there even after his hair was done. In fact, we were even encouraged to do so! We will definitely be coming back! more

P&C is a great place for kids to get their haircut -- it is a fun environment, all employees are happy with the kids and I appreciate how P&C goes out of their way to help special needs children. Not impressed 12/9/2012

After reading online what a 1st hair cut service included I was very excited to take my daughter to get her hair cut. She cut our daughters hair and then her ponytails were not even on her head, she didn't offer to put any glitter in her hair until I asked. She just left it plain jane. I paid $25.00 for something that looked like my nephew would do. I won't be taking my child back there and I will be letting everyone know that it isn't worth the money. more

Addi's haircut with Dad 11/26/2012

We booked our daughter's haircut online. The site and interface were great. The follow up email with appointment for the calendar was super. This was my husband's first solo kid haircut. He was impressed with the friendly, helpful staff. He is now thinking about the braid class as we have two daughters so (his words) he'll have to "learn to DO Girl Hair". Thanks! more

Cute location, kind staff, and quick service 11/11/2012

Overall a good experience. We went here for my son's first photo op hair cut. He did great. Although the approximately 1 y/o getting her ears pierced was screaming in pain the entire time we were there. Poor girl. The person who cut his hair was fast and thorough. more

Teri is an amazing stylist and does a great job with our kids. Our daughter loves it the braids and bows Terri puts in her hair and she makes her feel special. Teri is so patient and understanding with my son and entertains him while cutting his hair. She even follows him around while he plays and cuts his hair to perfection! Overall, our family is very pleased with Teri and our children will contiue to be her regular customers. more

We always go to Jen - she's awesome with our kids!! She entertains our 4 year old (and knows how to show him how to work the video games) while getting him to sit still long enough to give him a well blended haircut. (Those of you who've seen the choppiness of toddler cuts know what I mean!) She also has figured out the perfect style for my daughter - that she loves and that I love to minimize tangles and keeping it out of her eyes. more

it is definitely an expensive cut for a kid, but we always use the same stylist and my son sits still, playing the video game, and trusts her with the clippers (a first!) The atmosphere is creative and parties look like a blast! more
