Great service and prompt responseh 1/1/2019

Had a furnace problem and had immediate response the day I called. Problem could not be cared for immediately but needed replacement. Gave me spaceheaters to use until new furnace installed. Arrived on time and did great work. more

Total Satisfaction 12/31/2018

I was able to make an appointment with Peter Levi Plumbing & Heating for a furnace tuneup within a couple of days of my request. Brandon arrived on time and had complete knowledge of the task. He showed me the buildup of dust within the furnace and changed the filter as well as checked the duct work under the house. He also showed me numerous pictures of the condition of the furnace and duct work. He pointed out that it was installed 15 years ago. At his recommendation, I have a followup appointment for an estimate of replacing the furnace. I found Brandon to be very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. I will highly recommend Peter Levi Plumbing & Heating.to my neighbors and friends, Jerry Evans more

Service by Iggy was excellent, but cost was too high. 12/28/2018

I was grateful to find a plumber available the Saturday before Christmas, and expected to pay an additional charge because most plumbers are not available on Saturdays, BUT---the “Emergency Charge” was $199.99, in addition to the service charges for the work, which was a few minutes of auguring a clogged toilet, total cost to me was $408.50. I would have been okay paying up to $100. plus work costs, not $200. more

serviceman thoroughly explained pricing but that does not make it more fair . $480. dollars to install a pop-up stopper in a sink is outrageous and i will not deal with your company again. more

I called Peter Levi Plumbing with a complicated and emergency tenant situation. I called them after several other companies went out and gave me inflated pricing and dishonest advice.This was a property WAY out of their service area. Rather than just suggesting someone else, they made the trip to investigate the issue. While the job was not able to get arranged through them, (due to the location) they were a huge help. Sean not only went out of his way, but then spent more time giving me the best options. He also continued to be available by cell to assist the local techs with making a plan. I dont have the words to give the proper gratitude I feel. I am so grateful. This is an honest, reliable company with incredibly knowledgable and kind professionals. You cannot go wrong here. more
