Everything about my experience with Peter Levi Plumbing and Heating was good. My insatant hot water heater was not working. I call several plumbers but everyone was booked. I made an appointment with Peter Levi. Amanda was prompt and professional. She took her time to quantify the issue. Her analysis was thorough. Unfortunately my existing water heater was going to be too expensive to repair. She presented good options for a replacement unit. The installation was excellent! I know I paid a premium for this but I know Amanda and Peter Levi stand by their work. In this case you really do get what you pay for. Thank you! more

I was in a jam. Had several family guests victimized by the fire storm staying with me off and on. Between visits, the shower stopped working. I went online to find a plumber who was close and with a good reputation. I saw your ad, read reviews, and realized I had seen your trucks around quite a bit, so I called. The technician, Alex K., was punctual and professional. He explained what was wrong and provided me with choices as to how to repair my shower. He made the repairs in a timely manner and I was ready for my cousin’s visit! Thank you!! I also felt confident enough in Peter Levi Plumbing to sign up for the Gold Plan. I feel I have found a company I can trust. more

When our hot water heater stopped working, I called Peter Levi early the next morning about our emergency, and a technician, Mike, was at our house by 8:30. He diagnosed the problem right away, replaced the defective heating part, and now it's working fine. I was very satisfied with his efficiency and quick response. 21 Sep more

Scott was on time and efficient but I felt he was trying to sell me somethings I didn’t need. He told me that I needed a water bladder and that it was required by code. This was not true. The flush of my water heater was unnecessary as it was purchased in May of this year. All in all I was not happy. Diego was on time and did a good job on the estimate for my lateral sewer replacement. The estimate was twice the other 2 estimates I received. So all in all I would not use or recommend your company in the future. more

2 sump pumps, water filter, new duct work & vapor barrier. The came on time every day, stayed late, were courteous, did great job. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

They were quick in replacing my water heater. In only a matter of days after reaching out to them it was replaced, and an excellent job by plumber Grant. The time and care he took really shows his professionalism. Plus they pulled the permit ! more
