Fixed the stopped-up drain. 7/17/2018

The person made too many condescending remarks, such as: You did everything backwards; Hope your pipes don't burst, etc. etc. Phone staff was friendly & efficient, but wouldn't consider those guys again. Would have preferred a plan to repair or update things, rather than "Write a check and we'll fix things". more

Communication Breakdowns 7/16/2018

Though there were promises made about close communication with the lead technician during the job, it didn’t happen. I never saw or heard from him again after the first morning. No one who could speak as project manager or coordinator was on site. Instaad, I had to repeatedly call the Peter Levi office staff to find out information about progress on the job. Duration was promised as 2-2.5 days. Now it’s been 4 days and the job is still not complete. Also, plants in the garden which were ripped up have not been properly replanted. I have used Peter Levi Plumbing for several years. This includes the annual maintenance of my tankless water heater, heating system and air conditioning system. Every time I have needed a repair, Peter Levi sends the most appropriate and best qualified technician from their team. Their work is always good. They are easy to schedule. The staff and technicians are great! more

Great at What They Do! 6/27/2018

Peter Levy was recommended to me by a friend. Everyone, including the receptionist, was cordial and helpful. The plumbers arrived on time and installed two toilets for us pain-free. At one point, I had a question for Peter so I left him a message and he was able to return my call immediately. This is a rare company in this day and age because they do excellent work and care about the customer. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. more

Unsuccessful A/C installation? 6/16/2018

Last week PLPHC installed a Lennox 4 ton 1600 a/c and Honeywell 8000 thermostat. Too cold in three rooms and too warm in LR. Told the person who came out for another reason (discuss financial rebates) that bedrooms were much too cold and the LR too warm he agreed and said that he'd contact the technicians in a couple of days and who installed it to see what happened. He said that maybe something was wrong with the ducts. Although I'll wait for their analysis it will have to be corrected or be told why I wasn't informed before. Hopefully it only has to be "tweaked" so I can give 5 stars to everything. more

Excellent service 6/15/2018

Technicians (Jonathon and Brandon) were knowledgeable, courteous and totally professional. They did an excellent job replacing our furnace and AC unit. The furnace had some small cracks in the heat exchanger, and was installed in 1991, and the AC though working was also aging - so we updated/upgraded the entire system (2 story home/2500 sq feet) to a zoned system and we're happy with the results. more

Greg arrived on time and completed flushing our tankless water heater in around an hour. In the midst of working on the heater, he also answered other questions and provided multiple estimates for replacing our kitchen faucet. ... Service good - don't like the sales pitch 6/7/2018

Sean provided good service flushing my tankless hot water heater. However, after he finished, he tried to sell me a service contract and a water filter for my house. When I call a plumber for service, I don't want the sales pitch. I stopped using one of your competitors for the same reason. You've lost my business. more
