A little Pricey 6/11/2016

Had the water heater fixed and they recommended a new one. I settled for a rebuild. Had to come back a second time as first repair failed. Good Tech. Glad we have hot water again! more

Service problems 6/7/2016

Had a few problems with water pressure after some plumbing work. Called them and they fixed it immediately at no extra charge. All workers are polite , pleasant , answer your questions. more

The quality of work is good as far as I can tell but my complaint is the price. The plumber gives you three options to address your problem and two of the options are over the top unnecessary. The simple fix seemed overpriced. Also because they want to entice you to the more expensive option, they spend a lot of time looking at your plumbing and writing up a proposal. Something that should have taken 20-30 minutes max took over an hour. more

We called Peter Levi when a non-plumber contractor caused problems with our upstairs bath. We should have called them first. They correctly evaluated the situation and were able to resolve it quickly. more

Good work, but expensive 5/17/2016

Pros: plumbers did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a leaking bathtub faucet. Cons: $800 for 4 hours of work. more

Technician who knows his stuff. 5/16/2016

Troy came out to look at my sink. After a few questions, and a test of the drain he diagnosed the problem and ended up saving me a lot of money and showing me how to prevent the issue down the road. I will definitely be calling on Levi Plumbing and Heating again. more

Everything was just fine. My only complaint is overtime I have any service and/or buy something I am asked to answer a survey! I am not interested in surveys and would rather not answer them. If something is wrong or I have a complaint I will be sure to let you know. Donna Kline more

Excellent service 4/26/2016

Having used Peter Levi on a previous occasion, I received a loyalty voucher in the post for a discounted boiler service. Having previously had a good experience of the company, I booked a service and was pleased that they could offer a service at a convenient time that same week. The technician called ahead to inform me of his early arrival, which was helpful, and carried out the service with great efficiency and at a good price. This was a routine service, and no repairs were necessary, but I had confidence that the work was done well. On the basis of this, I will book a heating service with Peter Levi for later in the year. more

Water Heater 4/22/2016

We called Peter Levi for a water heater problem. a tech came out and found the gas valve needed to be replaced. 2 days later the water heater would not stay lit once again. Another tech came out and said the only thing to do would be to replace the water heater. Ours was only 9 years old. Levi wanted 2400 dollars to replace the heater. The new water heater costs 600 dollars meaning that Levi would charge me 1800 for a couple of hours work to replace the unit. I called a friend who came out and looked at the heater. He said would you be willing to spend 40 or 50 bucks to see if we can get this thing running again. Of course I said OK. 2 hours later we had hot water and no problems since. There was a problem with the fusible link in the thermo couple. Repaired in half an hour. If the techs did not see this then Peter Levi needs to send them back to school before sending them out to assist customers. Or they are told "just talk them into a new one". I don't know more

Great experience 4/12/2016

Had a problem with the existing installation of my garbage disposal, which had been installed by someone other than an experienced plumber. Mike let me know the situation and gave me options for dealing with the situation. He was reasonable, prompt, and I will use Peter Levi in the future. more

Quick response and assessment of multiple under-the-sink leak problems. A bit pricey but all completed promptly, as promised. 4/7/2016

Conscientious people. Speed of response was rapid. Repairs were more complicated than I had anticipated and therefore pricier. Two different staffers did the work in a thorough and tidy way. Nice guys, too. All parts were available, with no return trips to the shop necessary. I had been using a different plumber for many years but decided it was time to try a better known company. I would recommend. more

We love our new heating system. Since buying our home we've had uneven heat in our rooms. Our new system is quiet and heats the house evenly. Technicians came as scheduled. Hated to spend money on a furnace but we are truly enjoying the benefits. more
