The Peter Levi Plumber tech arrived on schedule. He was personable and listened to what I had to say. His review of my heating system seemed thorough and he provided a complete assessment upon completion. He was most helpful in discussing options for correcting an air flow problem and suggested reasonable alternatives for replacement of my aging system. more

Every contact I had was exceptional. When I called to make the appointment they were prompt and friendly. The service tech was very informative and also professional. The installer took about 3 to 4 hours to make sure that the installation was accurate. I was extremely impressed. more

Home Service Call 10/14/2016

I felt like the service call was more like a sales call. My $50 "show up fee" earned me an evaluation of my entire household plumbing status but it also felt like an attempt to drum up more revenue. I felt the charges for the job (versus an hourly rate) were excessive and extremely expensive. The representative was very friendly and courteous, clean and considerate, but well above my expectations for cost. I ended up doing the job myself! more

Excellent experienced plumbing 10/12/2016

We were phoned and plumber arrived at correct time, identified himself and already has bioties on. He gave us options for failing faucets and faulty under sink connections. We chose to replace rather than repair faucets and were given options and they were all installed within several hour period. He cleaned up, told about maintainence and asked if we had any additional questions. Very professional and appropriate price for the quality and hours spent. Highly recommended! more

Tried to convince my 83 year old dad to spend $3800 to repair a leaky faucet which had a lifetime warranty. In the end charged almost $400 to do a simple repair. $@!#% artist. more

I thought a garage sink was plugged and he found it wasn't so only charged me $49 for the call. He could have snaked it and charged much more but was honest about it being unnecessary. more
