Service, speed and quality 3/5/2016

The service I was most impressed with was how Peter Levi and co were able to replace the water heater on the same day I decided to go down that path. After the technician reviewed several options with me, regarding products and prices, he moved forward with my choice and we were done with it by end of day. Communication was tops from prealerts to their arrival to updates throughout the service! Very impressed. more

Very good and professional service 3/1/2016

Peter Levi Plumbing completed an extensive job at my house that included replacement of water heater, furnace and AC unit. All staff members (quite a few came out to work on different parts) were courteous and professional. Especially Matt McDonald took it upon himself to manage and oversee all activities, including the clean-up and even the paint touch up. This experience was excellent and unusual insofar that all staff members arrived at the agreed upon time, were careful to not damage any part of the house and cleaned up upon completion of the work. All in all an excellent experience. more

Air conditioning and Heating installation 2/19/2016

i was very impressed with the installation of my heating and cooling unit by Peter Levi installers. I felt the pricing was fair for the amount of work and equipment that was installed. The estimator,Ryan was very responsive to my concerns and questions.The installers were professional and did their best to accommodate any installation design requests. more

Unnecessary Recommendations 2/17/2016

My kitchen sink drain was backed up and the technician's first idea was to replace the disposal, which was only a couple years old and had been installed by your company. Then he snaked the drain. When that didn't immediately resolve the issue he said we needed someone to come the next day with a jetter - for nearly $900. Luckily, the drain cleared on it's own later that evening and we were able to cancel the next-day visit. more

I would not recommend because of pricing. 2/5/2016

The job was assessed before service, and I had to sign an agreement before service was rendered. I had two faucets replaced on my sink, which I had already bought, with all parts included. An "up sale" was attempted by the service person, but I declined. The estimated time of installation was 2 hours. The job took 40 minutes and I was still charged $368.00. I feel I was taken advantage of! more

Everything okay except... 1/25/2016

Nice, competent, honest service people -- and on time -- but some parts (handles in particular for rebuilt toilets) were EXTREMELY cheap. Couldn't be cheaper. Disappointed in that. A few more dollar would have resulted in five stars all around. more

I had a promotional offer for a water heater flush. The service tech was on time and not only flushed the water heater but checked over the whole house for any plumbing problems. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely call Peter Levi if I need plumbing repairs in the future. more

Unexpected Fast Response 1/20/2016

Had an emergency with a heater vent that was leaking and dripping into the ceiling due to rats in the attic. Called Levi and had a person there in 30 minutes where the previous HVAC was looking at days more
