Conscientious people. Speed of response was rapid. Repairs were more complicated than I had anticipated and therefore pricier. Two different staffers did the work in a thorough and tidy way. Nice guys, too. All parts were available, with no return trips to the shop necessary. I had been using a different plumber for many years but decided it was time to try a better known company. I would recommend.
