Review content:
I felt like the service call was more like a sales call. My $50 "show up fee" earned me an evaluation of my entire household plumbing status but it also felt like an attempt to drum up more revenue. I felt the charges for the job (versus an hourly rate) were excessive and extremely expensive. The representative was very friendly and courteous, clean and considerate, but well above my expectations for cost. I ended up doing the job myself!
