We were having new tenants moving into our rental over the Memorial weekend when we discovered one of the toilets was leaking. Upon calling Pacific Crest I was told their schedule was full but that they would see what could be done so we could get this taken care of before the weekend. Within 15 minutes I received a call back telling me someone could meet me at the home later that day. The problem turned out to be a minor repair and they quickly replaced the water line to our toilet and stopped the leak. We really appreciated their prompt service on such short notice and will definitely use them again if we need a plumber again. more

Nick and Anna are an incredible business duo. During a big leak issue with a drain line I was able to send over a video of the problem to Nick's cell phone. Even though he had work scheduled a week out he said he would get there the next day! I was out of town throughout this entire process, but keeping in contact was no problem. Nick sent me photos throughout the process and was very informative via text. These guys are tech savvy and fast! The open communication and documentation really earned my trust. You can't go wrong with this team! more

Quality service and we highly recommend! 4/15/2013

Our 20+ year old water heater was not heating like it used to so we decided it was time for a replacement before it died. My initial call was to inquire about options and price. The lady who answered told me about several options that would be available including one that qualified for a rebate. See emailed me the options with model numbers which really helped us make an educated decision. This kind of service was more than we had expected. Once we chose the water heater a time/day was set up for the installation. The plumber who came out for the install was friendly, answered all our questions and cleaned up the area he was working in. This is the 4th time that I have used Pacific Crest Plumbing. They are very professional and always get the job done. Seems like Anna is always squeezing me in on a short notice with a new problem! She always gets someone out to me quickly, which I really appreciate and she is always so pleasant! I will continue to call them whenever I have a plumbing issue. Not affraid of the Plumber!! 4/2/2013

This company is very professional and we were given great service. After a note from the water bureau was left on my door warning our usage was greater than normal I immediately went into panic mode. After a search on the internet I called Pacific Crest and they quickly responded. A plumber was sent out the same day and after some investigation we did not have any major leaks just a running toilet, which was quickly diagnosed and taken care of. We will definitely use them again if we need a plumber more

They have another satisfied customer. I read the reviews and our experience was the same as others. Our garbage disposer decided to die the night before our family was coming over for dinner to celebrate our daughters birthday. In the morning when I called the lady who answered the phone even asked me a few questions to see if I could ""trouble shoot the disposer"" that maybe if it was just jammed. I was given same day service and my kitchen was back up and running. Price was also quoted during my phone call and that was exactly what I was charged. more

Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We thought we had a plumbing leak but as it turns out it was not our plumbing that was leaking it was a bad tile job. It took a while to figure out but they didn't give up until the source of the water was found. While the plumber was here he looked at a couple other issues we are having in our utility room and gave us some helpful suggestions. When we are ready to do the additional work we will call Pacific Crest Plumbing again. more

My old running toilet went bye bye today thanks to the great service from this plumbing company. After months of trying to fix my old nasty toilet I had enough. The person who answers the phone is knowlegable and suggested a couple different toilet options. I level of service was more than I was expecting. I definately recommend their service to anyone looking great customer service. more

Courteous, Prompt, Knowledgeable, Efficient 1/20/2013

Nick came to view my plumbing that was re piped by another firm. He scheduled work 2 days later. He found gas pipe rather than galvanized in my guest bath shower. He replaced that. I had another firm put PEX in but they didn't do anything extra. I was having difficulty with the water flow in my master bath for 8.5 years. Nick replaced the gas pipe with the appropriate pipe, put a new faucet, shower head, and water control in place. He called me later that evening to tell me about the gas pipe he found. He said he had never found something like that in 30 years of plumbing. Three other firms had worked on my master bath and none of them fixed my issues even through the re piping. Nick even took down green board in my guest bathroom to fix my master bath shower so that the new tile didn't have to be replaced. I have never had a plumber be so honest, knowledgeable and courteous. I will never use anyone else but Pacific Crest Plumbing. Nick is the owner. more

Great Service Again! 1/16/2013

Pacific Crest are our plumbers, we have used them several times. We recently had an emergency and had to shut the water off to our house, we thought we would have to go overnight without water. I called Pacific Crest and the owner, Nick came out that night and repaired the pipe that had burst under our sink. No extra "after hour" charge he just said he appreciated our business in the past and thanked us for remembering them. more

needed an old toilet snaked out--called Pacific Crest, Brian was out in 30 minutes, job done right quick! directed us to talk with Anna at the main office, much advice and email info regarding new toilets. went with a Toto, which was delivered and installed flawlessly....the kicker was that Brian even fixed a slow-draining sink, which was bugging us for months. we asked for this service at the last minute and it was done quickly and efficiently. The whole company is very friendly and seems to care about the clients, seemingly a rarity these days. would recommend without reservation! more

Awesome, Reasonable Plumbing Co. 12/2/2012

We called to have our new toilet installed and our old one hauled away. This was in the afternoon and Anna was able to fit us in later that day. We were so grateful because arranging to have contractors in the house is difficult with our work schedules. Bryan came, he was respectful, hardworking and professional. But most importantly, he knew what he was doing, it did not take him long and he did a very nice job. We have another plumbing job coming up and will be calling Pacific Crest again. Finally, this may be a shocker, the price of the estimate and the invoice were the same. Thank you very much for making our day. Teresa & Sandra more

FIRST RATE SERVICE 10/31/2012

Nick and Pacific Crest, we know him as Nick the pumber, have been our families plumber for years. We recently called because our laundry drain was backed up and I was unable to do any laundry. They made time in their schedule that day to take care of it. They have always been professionl and the quality of work they have done for us has been top notch. more

WORTH THE WAIT 10/24/2012

We experienced excellent service from Pacific Crest Plumbing. We were adding a bathroom in the basement and had some plumbing work done for that project recently. Nick with Pacific Crest was professional, on time and helpful explaining some other things to us. I had delayed the project because it was hard to find someone I felt I could trust with our plumbing. Nick came highly recommended from a friend and I would recommend his compnay too!!! We will definately use Pacific Crest should we need a plumber in the future. Jack more

This morning we thought our disposal was broke. Not knowing who to call I got online and found Pacific Crest to be close by. I know a garbage disposal isn't an emergency but I have grown so used to using it constantly the thought of being without it was not going to work for our family. This company is so honest. When the technician arrived he immediately noticed the disposer did not need to be replaced, it was merely jammed. Vola!!! The charge was very fair and they are very professional. Definately will use them again if I am in a plumbing ""jam!"" more

Small honest business!! 10/22/2012

Nick is a pro, an honest small businessman. I needed a replacement water heater in a rental unit with impatient tenants. He showed-up on time with the gas heater we agreed on and installed it quickly at a very fair price. His clean-up of the work site was very thorough. The job cost me about $100 less than Morlan quoted for the same heater. I know the trade since my son is a plumber in another state. I have no hesitance in recommending Nick and if I need a plumber again he will be my first call. more

I first encountered Nick via a co-worker. I was having a problem with my garbage disposal. He came on time as promised, fixed the problem and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous, but mostly, he fixed the problem. That was about 2 years ago. Since then, I have called him ONLY on at least 3 other plumbing related issues and, frankly, he is the best trades-skilled person I've met hands down. Not only does he know his stuff, but he gets it done on time and at the price he says it will be. He's clearly good at what he does and I'll be recommending him to all my friends who need a plumber. BTW, the gal that answers his phone is equally as friendly and courteous more
