Just wanting to share: I needed a plumber to fix a leak I noticed under my kitchen sink. I started looking for plumbers with good reviews and these guys were close to my house and had good reviews. I called their office and I was assured a plumber would be out to my house that afternoon. I was happy that I did not need to take out a loan to pay the plumber!!! It turns out I just needed a minor repair and was good to go. Thank you Pacific Crest, the reviews met my expectations. I would recommend them, thanks Judy more

Very good response time from contact to 5/31/2012

Very good response time from contact to work completion. They arrived exactly on time, did excellent work and cleaned up after work was done, this impressed me very much. They will be coming back again to do some follow up work soon. They were very professional and friendly from start to finish. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends and family. more

I called Nick the Plumber's office 5/9/2012

I called Nick the Plumber's office around 10 am yesterday and Nick happen to be in the area and was able to come over within a few hours. This was perfect since he was doing the job for my parents and they needed a working toilet. He was polite and did a perfect job. THANKS! I would recommend Nick to anyone who wants an excellent plumber. more

We live in Texas and were selling our elderly mothers home in Portland. The home inspection required several minor repairs. Our agent contact Pacific Crest because of their reviews on Citysearch. Nick went over and accessed the issues, gave me a price, completed the work in a timely manner and sent pictures via email of the completed work. Communication was great with his office and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Portland. more

Best, Professional, Honest Plumbers 1/16/2012

I called because I had very little water coming out of my kitchen faucet. Nick came out the same day, and boy do I feel stupid. The first thing he did was take the screen off my faucet and I was embarrassed. The screen was filled with debris, no wonder I had not water pressure !!! I should have know to take that apart myself. Nick didn't even charge me. He said if you are happy with our service say something online. So here it is. This is more than I expected from a plumber. more

Great Plumbers 1/9/2012

My husband and I recently had a faucet that no longer produced hot water. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, my day off! Nick came by and did some trouble shooting on my old faucet. With no success he suggested I find a new faucet and call him when I had it and he would install it. No charge for the first visit! I called them when I found a faucet I liked and Nick came by the very same day. Nick was very helpfull and I appreciated his prompt professional service. Definately recommend. Best Plumber in Portland!! 8/22/2011

Nick the Plumber is my hero. If you need to ""get a guy"", he's your man! Honest, fast, and fair!! We live in an older home, and every now and then something goes a little wonky. When that thing is plumbing there is absolutely no one else we would call besides Nick. Super-fast response time, fair and honest pricing, and practical solutions. Nick and his team (including Anna back at the office!) are amazing and you should hire him the next time you've got 2 inches of water on your kitchen floor raining down into your basement. Awesome Plumber You Can Trust! 8/1/2011

I first encountered Nick a year or so ago when I was having a problem with my garbage disposal. He came as promised, fixed the problem and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous, but mostly, he fixed the problem. We chose Nick with Pacific Crest Pluming solely by his reviews online, and we weren?t disappointed. Nick is very friendly, knowledgeable and was straightforward when it came to the scope of the job. He showed up timely, removed his shoes before coming in the house and made sure he had adequately answered our questions before leaving. And, bonus ? the owner of the company is doing the work, so you know he?s getting the job done right. I also like that Pacific Crest Pluming has a Facebook account. Nick is confident in his business, and it shows. All these reviews were totally spot on. Nick is our new plumber! more

Can't Get Any Better! 1/24/2011

I would recommend Pacific Crest without hesitation. This is the second time I have called on them. Zack, Nick's assistant was friendly and knowledgeable . Everything was explained to me carefully and all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable that my plumbing problem was being taken care of. The service is very professional. I can't imagine getting any better service! It was at the end of a long work day for Nick and Zack, yet I didn't feel rushed at all. I don't want any other plumbing problems, but if they happen I know who I will call! Thank you. more

Lived up to reviews.Ethical and fair. Great person to deal! 12/28/2010

After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to give Nick a call to fix a leak. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. Nick came out to fix a leak in our shower. After installing the new cartridge the shower head still continued to leak. Nick did not charge us for the cartridges or labor because he was not able to fix the leak. Nick informed us of our options to stop the leak. One option would have costs over $1000 and the other option was to buy a $10 shutoff valve at the hardware store. He recommended the $10 fix versus one which would have given him a $1000 job. As it turns out, once the water drained from the shower head the leak was fixed. After asking Nick and Anna to send us an invoice for the work they only charged us for the cartridges. I am not one to right an online review. However, I wanted to share my very positive experience with Nick. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone. more

Nick is very fair! 11/20/2010

Nick came to look at a leaky faucet. He was here for about 10 min and he put in an aerater. He didn't even charge us because he said he doesn't like to nickel and dime people! more

Exceptional 8/31/2010

Found Nick after reading various reviews, thought I'd give him a shot. Sooo glad I did. Upon quickly discovering that the only thing wrong with my kitchen sink was a loose nut on the pull-out sprayer handle that was causing water to leak back down under the sink, he 1) didn't make me feel like an idiot in any way whatsoever, 2) didn't charge me anything for his time, and 3) displayed a truly upstanding degree of business honor. I would happily use him for any plumbing issues in the future. more

Excellent Dependable Work 8/29/2010

August 29, 2010 Nick had helped us before when we first moved into this house two years ago. He most recently was very helpful with resetting the shower after my wife's fall and injury. We have found him to be prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. We recommend him highly. more

Ethical Plumber, Same Day Service 8/19/2010

I was impressed with their reviews so I called to inquire about have my leaky water heater replaced. I had already called some other plumbers and checked pricing and models and their pricing was very competitve and I like the fact they used a quality water heater brand. They were able to come out the same day and install it which I really appreciated and they took the old leaky one away. more

great ethical plumber 4/18/2010

Nick is a great plumber that really cares about his work and customer satisfaction. I have had him out to my condo on two occasions for repair work as well (water heater, new shower line). The first time he came, he could not perform the work since I needed an insurance adjustor to come out and look at the problem. He was not put out at all by this and said to call when I was ready to have the work done. Pros: honest, reliable Cons: not much! more

Revision 3/1/2010

I had to change my review based on new information - after my first review about not getting a call back, Anna was nice enough to respond and apologize. I called then to set up an appointment for the same problem we'd been having previously and I've been extremely happy with everything so far. We're getting some more repair work scheduled coming up and if it goes as well as my appointment today then I couldn't ask for any better. Thanks guys! Pros: Really nice :) more
