Review content:
We were having new tenants moving into our rental over the Memorial weekend when we discovered one of the toilets was leaking. Upon calling Pacific Crest I was told their schedule was full but that they would see what could be done so we could get this taken care of before the weekend. Within 15 minutes I received a call back telling me someone could meet me at the home later that day. The problem turned out to be a minor repair and they quickly replaced the water line to our toilet and stopped the leak. We really appreciated their prompt service on such short notice and will definitely use them again if we need a plumber again.
