I first encountered Nick via a co-worker. I was having a problem with my garbage disposal. He came on time as promised, fixed the problem and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous, but mostly, he fixed the problem. That was about 2 years ago. Since then, I have called him ONLY on at least 3 other plumbing related issues and, frankly, he is the best trades-skilled person I've met hands down. Not only does he know his stuff, but he gets it done on time and at the price he says it will be. He's clearly good at what he does and I'll be recommending him to all my friends who need a plumber. BTW, the gal that answers his phone is equally as friendly and courteous
