Best

I can not believe all the whiners posting about how bad the service is, how badly they were treated, how it's a sub par facility, blah, blah, blah. You people really need to check...

Worst

We have been members for a long time and the food in the upstairs cafe has always been bad. They recently added breakfast so we thought we would give it another try. The swimming...

Not impressed... 2/19/2009

I was hyped to hear that the Pro Sports Club had a day spa, so I gave it a try. After receiving two services, I will not be returning. The first experience with the day spa was horrific, to say the least. I had a talk with one of their managers, and they provided me with a complimentary second service to try and make it up to me. Unfortunately, their second chance was worst. I am a loyal customer who would have loved to see them succeed, but the professionalism just wasn?t there. There seemed to be tension in the room between employees, and my food was not prepared properly. I am sorry, but I will not return to the Pro Sports Club spa anytime in the future. more

Not Recommended 2/13/2009

I went to the Bellevue Pro Sports Club to try their massage services. I don?t usually stray from my every day place, but I needed to get in somewhere quickly. I did a little bit of research online before coming in, and thought I was in for a treat. I was wrong about customer service and type of club it actually turned out to be. I would not recommend this club to anyone looking to get a treatment or service. I showed up to my appointment early and checked in, but the front desk staff said that they double booked my appointment. They politely asked the person in front of me if they were willing to forgo a massage for a free service on a future date. I thought, if that was me, I would be so upset. Then, after the client said no, they turned to me and asked me if I would give up my appointment? Needless to say, I was so disappointed in the whole experience. Pros: Did not identify any Cons: services, day spa, employees more

The worst customer service EVER!! 2/13/2009

I tried the Bellevue Pro Sports Club spa because the reviews below led me to believe the experience might be extraordinary.... I found out it was quite the opposite. I first walked into the club and thought it had a nice ambiance, but the rudeness of the front desk staff quickly changed my opinion. They treated me as if I was an outsider, and they all seemed mad and angry and appeared to be miserable. I could not believe the condescending tone they used with me. When I went in to get a hair cut, I overheard one of the hair stylists talking about how the ?owner?s girlfriend was running the place into the ground?. I could not believe my ears! I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism, and I will not be returning any time soon. Pros: Looks nice, lots of potential... Cons: Unfriendly spa staff, NO CLASS! more

Amazing Experience! 3/28/2008

I have tried many so called ""luxury spas"" in the past, but the Pro Sports Club exceeded my expectations! I had both a massage and a facial, and I will definitely be returning in the near future. The value was excellent - You can't put a price on Superb customer service. They catered to my every need. I would like to give a special thanks to my massage therapist - the happy ending was a nice surprise :) Pros: Service, Style, Locker Rooms, Fitness Equipment, Trainers, Staff more

Best Spa in Seattle 3/27/2008

My girlfriends and I decided to visit Spa's monthly. We found out about the Spa from other friends and how beautiful it was. We made a Spa day for 12 of us to celebrate a day away from the Kids and Husbands. We entered the Spa around 9 am and was able to use the gym...WOW, I have never seen a place like this (and I have traveled the World!) We then ventured to the Whirlpool bath followed by the Steam rooms. Our first Service was a Signature Facial and then to relax and enjoy lunch in the Spa dining area. We were very cozy in our soft warm robes and shared a bottle of wine. We then completed our day with a 90 minute massage. We all had a wonderful time and I must say every technician and therapist was fabulous. We all received Airwaves in their Salon and had our make up done. WOW!!!!! There are no words to describe the service received and quality provided. Thank You Pro Club for making our day!!! Definitely World Class. Pros: Very Clean, Customer Service was above and beyond, safe environment Cons: Credit card needed to schedule appointment more

Great if social appearance is all that matters to you 6/29/2006

wow, can I pay over a thousand dollars to join and over 180 a month just so I can say I belng at the ""Pro Club"" ....seems to me that would be the only reason to join here....while it is true it is VERY nice, nobody needs that many machines to work out on. People were very unfriendly to me when I walked in (mabye didn't know I could afford it) and I honestly felt like they didn't want me there.....too bad Pros: beautiful club Cons: rome is beautiful but I wouldn't pay 10000 to work out there more

Don't go to their Spa 5/15/2006

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Upon check out was charged even though my appt. was pre paid.I also sent my mother in for Mother's Day the following weekend, to which I pre-paid, and they had assured me there was a ""note in the file"" for her NOT TO BE ASKED FOR PAYMENT as this was a surprise for Mother's Day. She was asked for payment when she checked out as well. I would say do not go here for a special occasion or if you are trying to do something nice for someone. Cons: Staff, Booking Appt more

The fee for sign up if you are non-microsoft is over 1k- beware. However, the nice thing about this is that it keeps the club at quality control- prevents the club from becoming the average ""meat market"" health club out there. Attracts those who are serious about their health & getting in shape. Sadly, the staff is AWFUL. Ages of staff usually vary between 18-early 20's & I think they are more concerned with their highschool drama than treating high paying customers in a friendly manner. I was embaressed when I brang a guest in recently- the girl at the counter not only had her face drawn on with loads of makeup, she was very arrogant to me & my guest. While it's great not to discriminate on age, this club is run by ridiculous teen-bop arrogance. PLEASE hire a more friendly & MATURE staff for such a beautiful club. Pros: Exceptional Facility, Nice locker rooms, Fun bistro/cafe Cons: Unfriendly staff, High sign up fee more

Overpriced and under delivered 3/9/2006

If you are looking for a luxurious enviroment for a sports club, ProClub is it. If you are looking to receive value for the money you pay for the proclub, you will be sadly disappointed. Although the facilities are spacious and new, the people who work there need to go to customer service school. This place is ran by inviduals to whom customer service is not a priority. For the money you pay to belong to ProClub, the club does not provide you with the appropriate service. It's overpriced and under delivered. Pros: spa, space Cons: customer service, customer service, customer service more

Very nice place 1/29/2006

This has got to be one of the best gyms in the world. For one thing, it's huge so you almost never have to wait to use anything. The trainers and staff are very personable and extremely helpful. I LOVE THIS GYM! Pros: Huge, Excellent staff, Nice facilities Cons: Kids, Not open 24/7 more

User review by shawscove 1/21/2006

Unbelievable service and friendly, helpful attitude. You can get your workout, spa treatment, car detailing, and healthy food for the day all in one place, not to mention fresh flowers to go! This has got to be the best fitness facility on the planet. more

Best Health Club 11/28/2005

The service I recieved was outstanding. The personal trainer that I worked with gave me a phenomial workout. He explained the purpose of all the exercises to me, and made sure I knew how to do all of the exercises correctly. The group fitness classes are very fun, but will kick your behind. The instructors are super fit with lots of energy. Great food in their bistro. Pros: Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Classes, Food Cons: Expensive, Big more

Seattle Pro Club: Good Things in Small Packages 7/25/2005

I'm a member of the Seattle Pro Club, exclusively (most people are members of Bellevue or both). My membership start up fee was reasonable, and the monthly is about $50. -But for this, I get towel service, great customer service (the trainers and staff know my name), and a great no-stress workout environment. Sure, the place is not nearly the size of Bellevue, and there isn't a pool, but you've still got a ton of great amenities packed into a Downtown club. The trainers are very knowledgeable, the spa is great (Jen is awesome!), and the 180 degree view of Downtown can't be beat. Pros: free towels!, free locking lockers, free parking! Cons: honestly can't, think of any more

Posh healthclub 3/1/2005

I've been to several healthclubs in the area, but this is the one I belong to. It's very clean, the equipment is usually in good shape and I've never waited for a piece of equipment in the 7 years I've been a member(I've had to change around my weight routine waiting for weights). I don't have to go at odd times but off-peak is definitely more peaceful. Some classes were inspired and other dull. The personal trainers are helpful and work hard on motivation. They don't give the hard sell on PT sessions or merchandise. The downside is this club is expen$ive. My job pays my membership but I pay more in tax on the Pro Club membership then I would for a full membership to the local Y. Extra classes can run as much as an additional $100/mo. If I had to pay myself I probably wouldn't be here. Pros: Great facilities, No waiting, Reasonable Parking Cons: Cost more

The best massage ever!!!!!!!! 2/17/2005

Had the best time. The massage was great, the staff was great. I won't go any where else for a massage. more

PRO Sports Club 2/27/2004

Overall great service and facility. We need NEW Instructors and NEW music, though because the classes tend to get boring after attending 2 weeks in a row. Send those instructors to a choreography class once in a while ... we pay enough in dues to have them update their moves! Pros: towel service, customer service, clean huge facility Cons: , boring music @ aerobi, xtra classes R BIG $$ more

Great for adults - not good for kids 2/6/2004

Crowded before and after work but the off hours aren't bad. Classes are good and the facilities are really nice. However the club has rules making it somewhat child unfriendly. Children are restricted to the point of making family memberships useless - these will be a waste of money. However this club is great if you are single or a couple without children and you don't mind working out on the off hours. Pros: Nice Facilities, Nice Staff, No waiting for equip. Cons: , Crowded at peak times more
