Staff was not friendly or helpful. Upon check out was charged even though my appt. was pre paid.I also sent my mother in for Mother's Day the following weekend, to which I pre-paid, and they had assured me there was a ""note in the file"" for her NOT TO BE ASKED FOR PAYMENT as this was a surprise for Mother's Day. She was asked for payment when she checked out as well. I would say do not go here for a special occasion or if you are trying to do something nice for someone.
