Review content:
I was hyped to hear that the Pro Sports Club had a day spa, so I gave it a try. After receiving two services, I will not be returning. The first experience with the day spa was horrific, to say the least. I had a talk with one of their managers, and they provided me with a complimentary second service to try and make it up to me. Unfortunately, their second chance was worst. I am a loyal customer who would have loved to see them succeed, but the professionalism just wasn?t there. There seemed to be tension in the room between employees, and my food was not prepared properly. I am sorry, but I will not return to the Pro Sports Club spa anytime in the future.
