I went to the Bellevue Pro Sports Club to try their massage services. I don?t usually stray from my every day place, but I needed to get in somewhere quickly. I did a little bit of research online before coming in, and thought I was in for a treat. I was wrong about customer service and type of club it actually turned out to be. I would not recommend this club to anyone looking to get a treatment or service. I showed up to my appointment early and checked in, but the front desk staff said that they double booked my appointment. They politely asked the person in front of me if they were willing to forgo a massage for a free service on a future date. I thought, if that was me, I would be so upset. Then, after the client said no, they turned to me and asked me if I would give up my appointment? Needless to say, I was so disappointed in the whole experience.
