I tried the Bellevue Pro Sports Club spa because the reviews below led me to believe the experience might be extraordinary.... I found out it was quite the opposite. I first walked into the club and thought it had a nice ambiance, but the rudeness of the front desk staff quickly changed my opinion. They treated me as if I was an outsider, and they all seemed mad and angry and appeared to be miserable. I could not believe the condescending tone they used with me. When I went in to get a hair cut, I overheard one of the hair stylists talking about how the ?owner?s girlfriend was running the place into the ground?. I could not believe my ears! I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism, and I will not be returning any time soon.
Pros: Looks nice, lots of potential...
Cons: Unfriendly spa staff, NO CLASS!
